Fresh and nice apartment. One bedroom with Kingsize bed. Kitchen, bathroom with shower. Livingroom with a big couch. It is a ”pullout sofa” for 2 people to sleep. A dining area for 4 people. Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in Emils Wohnung. Wir haben uns alle direkt zu Hause gefühlt. Unser Kleinkind hat die Spielsachen und die großen Räume zum Bewegen geliebt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der stilvoll und einzigartig eingerichten Wohnung mit viel Tageslicht. Die Wohnung war sauber und hat sehr gut gerochen und das Bett für uns Erwachsene war extra groß und sehr bequem. Wir haben sehr geschätzt, dass Emil die Betten liebevoll vorbereitet hatte. Die Wohnung liegt in einem sehr internationalen Wohnviertel. In 20-30 Minuten Fußweg ist man in der Innenstadt und kann einen Teil an einem grünen Radweg entlang laufen. Emil hat vor und während unseres Aufenthalts sehr freundlich und hilfreich mit uns kommuniziert und sich sogar gekümmert, dass wir unsere Sachen waschen konnten. Vielen Dank, Emil, dass du uns deine Wohnung anvertraut hast. Wenn wir noch einmal in Malmö sind, dann klappt es hoffentlich wieder mit Emils Wohnung.

We had a great Shorttrip in Malmö. Nice bright Appartement with more than enough space for 2 people. Bed is very comfy, kitchen clean and has plenty of space in the fridge. You can do most things by foot or bike and explore the city. and the price is very fair by our experience. Parking is perfect right in front of the building but is also expensive. However this is the case almost everywhere in big cities in scandinavia. Train is less cheaper in general. We would recommend it!

Mein Aufenthalt bei Christina war super! Christina ist super nett und zuvorkommend, sie hat mich gleich bei Ankunft begrüßt und mir alles gezeigt. Zimmer, Küche und Bad waren wie angegeben und sauber. Man kann alle Gemeinschaftsbereiche nutzen, da Christina aber, wie im Inserat angegeben, von zu Hause aus arbeitet, bedarf es einer Absprache, was nur fair ist. Direkt vor der Tür und auch ein paar Meter weiter fahren diverse Busse nach Malmö Triangeln oder Malmö Central. Von dort kann man weitere Ausflüge ins Umland machen, bspw. Ystad, Ales Stenar, Trelleborg und Lund. Ich habe meine Zeit bei Chritina sehr genossen, wir kamen nach meinen Ausflügen abends oft noch ins Gespräch, wenn ich aber abends zu k.o. war, gab sie mir auch entsprechend Raum, mich zu entspannen. Sie ist immer auch offen für Feedback. Ich erzählte ihr beispielsweise auch, dass die Geräusche der Lüftung im Zimmer etwas nervig wären oder dass mir eine Steckdose fehle und sie fand sofort eine Lösung. Gerne wieder!
