Very straightforward instructions, and chill place to stay in

We stayed at Abby’s Retreat for a birthday getaway celebration and it was the perfect place to stay! Clean, roomy, well thought out floor plan, comfortable, amazing linens, modern and updated rooms and all the extras you want when staying away from home…..to name a few! The fire pit area is so cute and I love how there is firewood beautifully set out for you. The coffee station with everything you need is such a treat in the morning 😊 Then to top off our stay, we walked in to find a completely unexpected birthday gift! It was honestly so thoughtful and made my day 🥰 Thank you so much and we will definitely stay next time we are in Medicine Hat!

This place is in a nice, quiet neighborhood, close to many amenities. The house is new and modern, nicely furnished, well appointed and homey. We were turned away by the cleaners when we arrived and told to come back in an hour. The towels were washed and folded in the laundry room but not sufficiently dried. There were no paper towels or kleenex and there was no coffee for the coffee machine. The beds were comfortable and the house was nice and clean. We were comfortable there, would stay there again and would highly recommend it.

Chris’s place was immaculate! Wonderful place for us to stay on our way to Banff. The beds were very comfortable, and the place was very well set up. 10/10

We enjoyed our stay @ this beautiful property. It was private, peaceful and relaxing with the added benefit of being right by the city. Melissa was very easy to deal with. We would definitely stay here again when travelling through Medicine Hat.

We spent Christmas here with our family so that we could be close to grandparents in a nearby condo. The number of bedrooms and space for everyone was a big draw for us. Communication before our arrival was great, and entry into the house was quick and easy. The whole house was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Bathrooms were well equipped with towels. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and cookware. There is a Keurig coffee maker and we were well supplied with coffee for our stay. The kitchen table is big for a family to gather around and play games. There is a large, fully fenced back yard. We didn't spend much time out there in the winter but it looked like a great gathering spot for warmer weather. The only other feedback was that the downstairs beds were not as comfortable as the upstairs beds, but we all had a great stay and would highly recommend this for a great family stay in Medicine Hat!
