Our house is in town and close to diners, restaurants, library, the airport, golf course, parks, the Eisenhower locks, and for adults who enjoy gaming and/or bingo the Akwesasna Mohawk Casino Resort is 15 minutes down the road. Summer offers swimming, fishing tournaments and boating while winters have skiing, skating and snowmobiling. Our basement is finished and has a sitting area with a large screened TV. Welcome to Cedar Ridge Farm, our 250-year-old farmhouse on 150 acres in Pierrepont, NY. We are conveniently located between Canton and Potsdam NY, and just outside the Adirondack Park. Whether travelling for business or pleasure, you will certainly enjoy the quiet countryside of our farm. We are SO excited with the complete kitchen/laundry room/bathroom remodel that was completed in June 2020. All appliances are new and the cabinets were custom made by a talented local carpenter.

Beautiful Scenic Riverfront Home

This is a beautifully renovated house. River access for kayaking, canoeing, swimming. kayaks and life jackets are available for guests. There is a large back yard with a firepit facing the water as well as a back porch/deck and a large side/front deck to enjoy watching the water and wildlife. The area is quiet and peaceful but yet directly located in the town of Potsdam. There are window AC units in each bedroom as well as central heat.
