Great location!! It was well maintained, very peaceful, and a short drive to downtown Clayton. We would definitely stay here again.

Ken is very kind, friendly, helpful and funny. His house and yard are gorgeous and the view of Lake Ontario is unbeatable! The hot tub, deck with fire table, pool and the seating with a fire pit out in the yard are perfectly set up. We wouldn’t couldn’t ask for more! The town of Pulaski is not far and easy to get to if you ever need but the sunsets are so beautiful you may not want to leave the house! Selkirk Shores State Park is only a couple minute drive and can be seen from the yard. We really love staying here each year when we come upstate to go salmon fishing. It’s the perfect fancy retreat after a day in the woods. We’ve started bringing our daughter and parents this year and even those who don’t fish were just happy to hang out at the house and enjoy the amenities. The view alone is worth the price how nice the house is and how kind Ken is, are an amazing bonus! I can’t say enough good things! We will return!

This place was awesome. The indoor pool was amazing. The local village is only two miles away for any necessities. We stayed during a massive snowstorm and had no issues whatsoever. Davit was extremely pleasant to deal with. Can’t wait to come back!

real nice house great house very comfortable and cozy

Sarah and Rickey's place was great for my family and I to stay for a week in Sacket's Harbor. It is easily walkable to town and the historic battlefield museum. The pool and hot tub hit the spot for the sunny summer afternoons. The interior was spotlessly clean, the master bedroom suite is immense, and the refrigerator was even stocked with water and soda. And, it has the biggest TV I've ever seen to unwind after a day of local adventures! The area is great too; only about a 20 minute drive to get to various boat tours of the thousand island region / Boldt castle. I also really enjoyed cycling on the long and fairly not busy country roads. I'd come back again for sure.

Morgan was great at hosting and quickly responded to questions during our stay. The house is well furnished with modern appliances, excellent kitchen, bathrooms, fenced back yard for taking the dogs out, and bed linens are top quality. Very comfortable stay. Too bad the lake effect storm moved in so we had to leave a day early to get ahead of the storm we would be driving through. Informed Morgan and she offered a little discount for our inconvenience. All in all it was a very good experience.

This was our third stay at Sami's place. Their place is well located, clean, in a beautiful neighborhood. The backyard is lovely. Lots of space. Comfy beds. Very clean. The little "extras" of drinks in the fridge, tea and coffee, make settling in easy. We stay here with a small child and it's just great for a family, lots of room.

I've stayed here a few times when in Watertown for work, once for a few months stay. It is my top choice over 2 other AirBnBs I have rented in the area. It is a great size for 1-2 people, dog friendly, quiet and peaceful. It is very close to Thompson Park, which is enjoyable to visit year round.

Heather’s place is very nice, comfortable and cozy. It’s the type of place you can make yourself at home, check in instructions were very clear and easy to understand. Host is a great communicator and quick to respond, would highly recommend. We really enjoyed our stay and will keep in mind next time we come to Kingston 😊

Tammy and Joe were great. they were very helpful and made sure we felt welcomed. the place is centrally located to everything we needed. enjoy being close to the lake, very peaceful. Will definitely use them again.

We absolutely loved the house! It looked exactly like the pictures—new, clean, and beautifully decorated for Christmas and New Year, which made our stay feel extra special. The thoughtful decor really added to the holiday spirit. The only minor suggestion we have is that it would be great to have a big dining table in the main house, but honestly, it wasn’t a big deal at all. Everything else was perfect, and we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend this place!

This home is stunning, and well equipped, in a beautiful location. It was outstanding to be right on the lake with kayaks and canoes. Nights were spent grilling, having bonfires, and looking out over the lake (or up at the stars) in the hot tub. Everything was fantastic - the only downfall is accessibility, as you need to take a ferry to the island. At the end of the day though, the ferry was just an extra piece of planning and research, but was unproblematic. Great house - thank you Maria!

The house, yard, and neighborhood are as scenic and peaceful as shown in the listing. Scott is a friendly property manager. The house was toasty warm during our winter storm visit, and the pellet stove was a great bonus to heat the living room and dry our ski clothing. The 3 kids in our group enjoyed the snowy yard and the foosball table in an upstairs bedroom. It was only a 15-minute drive from McCauley Mountain for fun downhill and groomed xc skiing, and a short walk from the Ha-De-Ron-Dah Wilderness Area (Scusa Trailhead)--for hiking/snowshoeing. The two entryway spaces were helpful for removing and storing winter gear. FYI: The jacuzzi tub didn't work for us. Laundry abutted downstairs bedroom wall and was noisy. The kitchen had basic essentials but could be better stocked (more mugs, plates, etc.) We loved the house--it was elegant, clean, and very comfortable and welcoming.

What a jewel right in the heart of Kingston! The place was so clean and very beautifully decorated. Had plenty of pots and pans and dishes to make it feel like home. Everything worked great and we felt safe, comfortable and cozy while there. Princess St is so close and there are so many places walkable if you don’t want to drive. The host and co-hosts were available anytime and always were quick with responses or answers to any questions about the area as well. We would definitely stay at Jorge’s place anytime we are traveling to Kingston if it’s available in the future. Absolutely wonderful stay.

Karliee’s spot was perfect for our family visiting someone based on fort drum! The place felt right at home. Easy check in, clean and on a quiet road. The house had everything you could need. We will definitely use this spot again in the future!

I was in the area to visit friends. I did not spend much time at the house but wish I had been able to. It was very clean and dog friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

This was our 4th stay at Steacy’s place. As always, we found it immaculately clean and everything in working order. The location is quiet and only a few minutes from the downtown area. We will be returning to Kingston in the fall and again next spring and will be booking Steacy’s place for those trips as well! Highly recommend!

From the very beginning, Tim was extremely attentive and answered all of my questions immediately. I knew what to expect as soon as I walked in. The house fit 2 families and 2 large lazy dogs without feeling cramped. Having water access was amazing, the kids fished all day while the parents enjoyed time on the patio. The kids were able to take kayaks out to fish as well. The water grass made it a little difficult to keep an eye on the kids from the patio area, but not enough to be a problem. The water is very shallow but we were able to park our rented boat (Mac's Boat Rental-super awesome to the kids) without a problem. This house is exactly what we were looking for; private, waterfront and allowed dogs heavier that 20lbs-which is difficult to find. This house was a gem and we will gladly rent again! Thanks Tim!
