Urban oasis in downtown W-S; sparkling clean

Nice, clean, spacious Airbnb with ample natural light and a modern but friendly aesthetic. I found the bed and bedding to be very comfortable. Rules & procedures were reasonable and clear. Hosts were kind and communicative. Would stay here again if I return to Winston-Salem!

West Salem Art Hotel, "Art"partment #1

AyeshaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Haydee was a great host. This is a very cool place to stay in Winston Salem. The art in all the rooms is amazing and the place was clean with a great shower and kitchen. It is spacious with a living area. There is a cute coffee shop next door. The only down side is the area which is transitioning and not really walkable at night. But by car it is close to downtown. It was an experience worth having!

Mary's Gatehouse

JenniferRating, 5 stars1 month ago
A lovely place, we enjoyed our stay, there was a binder inside that described all of the things we needed to and could want to know about, like local places to eat, and a bottle of wine was there at check in ! Yummy ! The designated parking spot on the property was not available, we first parked on the street in the front of the house at first, we didn't know until we read the binder inside that we could park on the side street, which avoids walking up hill with our suitcase and things, parking on the side street was fine, few little steps to go up, but very close to the entrance. Enteringwh is down several, steep concrete steps, definitely pack light, if you have substantial luggage or balance issues you need to be very careful, there is no railing, that is the only thing I would change about our stay. Quiet hours from 9p to 9a were very much followed as the family lives upstairs, there are kids and a dog, but the noise was not bad at all during waking hours. We thank you !!!!

Charming Apartment in Historic Home near Downtown

MicheleRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Very comfy stay in an easy-access location to town and one of our favorite parks, Fisher Park just minutes away. The apt had everything we needed and we loved the quirky yet upscale vibe that we'd expect to pay more for. This was exceptional value and I enjoyed the decor much like I do a small museum. Neat art, Tiffany lamps and acoutrements compliment the stained glass/bottle window in the bedroom, which let's in the light when it's time to wake up.

Tranquility Retreat

Deborah DehavenRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The residential neighborhood is beautiful, quiet and walkable. Linda's garden and yard is manicured and populated with bird feeders and artwork. The apartment is just as pictured and described; well maintained; and thoughtfully decorated. The bed was comfortable with good linens. The bath was stocked with thick, absorbent towels and was lovely with quick hot water and good water pressure. TV and Wi-fi reception was good. The kitchen has a microwave and hot plate, basic utensils and serving pieces. The coffee maker is easy to use, and Linda has provided snacks and drinks for purchase if needed. Linda and her husband are respectful of privacy but available. Both checked in to ensure my stay was going well. It is clear they take pride in providing a positive experience. There is a skylight over the bed. Linda has thoughtfully provided sleep masks for those who may be bothered by the morning light. I highly recommend Linda and the apartment.

Newly Renovated Modern Home

SueRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Our four night stay was perfect for our two adult and three children family. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood, lovely and well-maintained with pretty colors in all three bedrooms. The outside space was great for relaxing on the deck and for the kids to enjoy the tree house and swings and all their created games they played in the large yard. I'm a 'bed person' and enjoy soft sheets and cozy pillows; this house has both. We decided the next time we visit Greensboro we'll definitely stay again.

My family stayed at Joy's house for 5 nights. Everything was perfect with our stay. Joy and Eric were great hosts and communicated well. Our stay even included some delicious homemade cookies. The house itself is lovely and very clean. The tiny home was also great. Would highly recommend.

The Arlington Oasis | Sport Court + HotTub + Golf

CorbinRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Amazing house on a dead end street with a beautiful view of the pond and woods. No neighbors except on one side but don’t even notice them. Very private and quiet with a lot of stuff to do. Myself and 6 co-workers were working out of town at the Toyota plant for the weekend so we decided to get a house. It was much cheaper than 7 hotel rooms and we never got bored after work. Only issue was the 2nd floor AC unit was struggling to keep up during the day but eventually cooled off by night time. Just needs some Freon I’m sure. Great communication with the management company about the issue though. Backyard is a dream: basketball, cornhole, fire pit and much more. Would definitely stay again, it’s a must rent for big groups of people.
