The loft-like ecological wooden construction makes the apartment unique. Heating is provided by a wood-burning stove. There is also underfloor heating in the bathroom and adjoining room. In the secluded garden area, a sauna, cold water shower with bathtub, sun loungers and dining area are at your disposal. The surroundings entice with numerous outdoor activities.

The more than 100-year-old half-timbered house was lovingly renovated in 2017 and is now looking forward to welcoming its guests. It can accommodate two people. In front of the house, there is a terrace and garden. Flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi and radio provide entertainment. The bathroom has a floor-level shower, sink and toilet. In addition to a kettle, coffee maker & fridge, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Located not far from the city of Bamberg, on the edge of Franconian Switzerland.

Open-plan apartment. On the ground floor of the apartment: kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet as well as dining and living room. The upper floor of the apartment is a converted attic, where a total of up to 6 people can sleep. A mattress lying on the floor (1.40 m wide) and 4 single beds in an open space! (Access to the mattress is narrow and deep!!) Since the apartment is located 2 floors above a restaurant, it may be that music occasionally enters the apartment. This is usually only on weekends.

The Fichtenloft is a newly built, detached vacation home (living space of about 70 square meters) and the name says it all: The interior was lovingly and high-quality designed with local woods, among other things. The large, open, approx. 40 sqm living room has a "loft character." A wooden staircase leads up to the gallery. There is also the so-called "bird's nest" as a second romantic bedroom. The Fichtenloft is unique in some respects: You can relax wonderfully on a hammock.

Welcome to our sweet 45 sqm small holiday bungalow in Lichtenberg /Franconia, which is in the heart of a holiday park. In the middle of nature surrounded by the Franconian Forest next to the Lichtenberg bathing lake and Höllental. Modernly furnished with satellite TV and fast Wi-Fi, 2 bedrooms, shared parking, pets welcome. We are the perfect starting point for hikes and excursions into nature. The house is modernly decorated and the garden offers plenty of space to spread out. In the winter months, it is perfect for winter sports in and around Oberhof. In the rest of the year, it is great for hiking, cycling and sightseeing in and around the Thuringian Forest and much more. The sauna and hot tub require preparation. If you want to use them, please let us know after booking. Furthermore, we have a pool that you can use in summer by arrangement.

Bed linens and towels. Non-smoking rooms. BBQ area at the house. Parking is available in front of the house. The rooms have been newly renovated. The building's exterior facade is currently uncleaned. We apologize for this.
