Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located near the new Rennes-Angers axis, as a couple or for work, you will spend pleasant nights in an atypical setting. Day use possible subject to availability upon request. The accommodation is of course entirely non-smoking. The price indicated for 2 people is for a single bed (for the sofa bed with sheets, a supplement will be requested). The accommodation is a fully open space, it is not suitable for colleagues.

A sweet break awaits you in our charming Duplex! Freshly renovated with taste, fully equipped and with a pleasant terrace overlooking a nice garden. You will appreciate the comfort, the decoration, the outdoors and every little detail thought out carefully to make your stay as enjoyable as possible! The Duplex is a few minutes' walk from the Choisel ponds and the hospital. The heart of the city and its castle are just a 5-minute drive away.

The Park Pavilion

This house brings together the different indoor and outdoor spaces to have a very nice stay and is located in front of a wooded park, equipped with a petanque court, table tennis and a playground. It is located in the city center and offers all amenities such as shops, restaurants, banks, train station... Parking is available in the inner courtyard, in the garage (2 cars) or in the parking lot across from the house (35 spaces).

House at the entrance of the village of Martigné-Ferchaud, 2 steps from the pond and along the Régalante bike route (Nantes - Mont Saint Michel). Recently renovated, we hope you will feel good there during your getaways in the area.
