Independent house in the heart of the village (shops and restaurants 50 meters away and supermarket 3 minutes' drive), located in the Gatinais Natural Park. Come and discover a region rich in heritage: Fontainebleau 15 minutes away (world-famous climbing blocks, hikes, its castle...), Barbizon 10 minutes away, Provins, Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte... You can reach Paris in 45 minutes, direct access to A6 highway or by train in 25 minutes from Melun train station (possible access by bus from Perthes). Disneyland Paris Park 1 hr. Accommodation: Old barn renovated in 2021, offering fully equipped accommodation with a kitchen, bathroom with toilet, mezzanine bedroom. Ideal for two people but possibility of two additional beds on the living room sofa bed. A private terrace is available. Two bikes are available on request, one with a baby seat. Possibility to rent two crashpads on site.

Studio (ground floor) in the center of Fontainebleau in a small courtyard (pedestrian), 30 m2, sitting area, table and kitchen equipped with microwave, mini oven, Nespresso coffee machine, ceramic hob, fridge. Sleeping area with 140 x 200 bed and dressing/wardrobe furniture. 1 bathroom/toilet. The courtyard of the accommodation is pedestrianized, parking (for a fee) is available everywhere around the accommodation. Sheets and towels are provided. No daily rentals. Come and get a breath of fresh air and relax in our 2* rated gîte. The Ô Lunain gîte, 40 m2 house located in Nonville, village of the Lunain valley between Fontainebleau, Nemours and Morêt-sur-Loing. Peaceful oasis on a 4-hectare property with garden, woods and river. We live there in another house, we would be happy to host you. Electric heating/wood stove for those who want it. Not recommended for children under 10 years of age for safety reasons (river).

Guests can take advantage of the inner courtyard and large green garden with views of horses. Old stones and greenery will seduce you. Villiers-Sous-Grez is a charming little village. Bakery is a 7-min walk away. Supermarkets 10 min., A6 and TER 5 min drive. Ideal for visiting the area.

Charming two-room independent duplex, completely renovated, overlooking a beautiful common courtyard (large courtyard/lounge available). Located between the hiking trails of the Fontainebleau Forest and the Loing. Quality cleaning is provided by us (included in the price). Bike rental (including electric) possible from our neighbor (instructions on the last photo of the listing). Bike path to explore on the towpath of the Loing Canal (Scandinavian).
