Big shout out to the host who was very friendly and responsive. Regarding the place, had everything to make our stay safe, peaceful and full of fun. Enjoyed playing tennis in the morning and chilling in the pool. Nice grill and kitchen made sure we did not had to leave the place. Easy access to grocery store and restaurants. Overall our stay was way beyond our expectation in a very positive way. We sure will be returning.

This was a wonderful place to stay at during our trip to Lynchburg. It was extremely clean and looked just like the photos. The area was peaceful, well kept, and safe. When we arrived there was a cute welcome basket filled with snacks. Also, we appreciated the many streaming services ready to be used on the tv! There is a drive-thru coffee shop (Joe Beans) that is a very close drive—great drinks and baked goods! I would highly recommend this place and felt the host was eager to provide a great stay.

I must say this was my first experience with ever staying in a Airbnb and wanted a change from a hotel and very glad we decided to give this a try. Tammy was an absolutely awesome host very responsive and a very nice lady. The description matches everything. Very beautiful property and very clean.

Kyle was an excellent host and the home was amazing! My family and I were visiting for a graduation and the house had everything we needed and allowed us to all be together. From the pool, to the karaoke, to the space, it was perfect! I would definitely stay there again and recommend Kyle and this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable home with fun things to do with friends and family!

Karen was very pleasant & quick to respond. We rented her home for our son’s wedding. She gave great recommendations & took care of a problem right upon arrival. The home was beautiful, we had plenty of space for our family & loved being able to bring our dog. The master bath floor & tub wasn’t the cleanest, I don’t blame that at all on the host, I’m sure it can be hard with cleaners managing a property. And the steps going upstairs weren’t swept. I didn’t want to bother her again, as she had already taken care of a problem for us earlier, so we just went with it, it wasn’t unbearable. Beds were comfy. Towels were nice, washcloths may need a little updating, but overall, it was what we needed & served its purpose.

The house is in a great location. It’s true to the pictures. The host was very communicative. Great amenities & used them all. The kitchen is very well stocked. Loved the pool, fire pit & screened in porch for relaxing evenings. Beds are comfortable with clean linens. Great experience overall.

Ideal space and location for family attending a memorial service in the area. The property was very clean and spacious providing comfort for our family. The location is very close to restaurants, coffee shops and other amenities and located in close proximity to major thoroughfares in the Lynchburg area making travel easy. The owner did a great of communicating providing clear directions. Would definitely stay here again when back in Lynchburg. Highly recommend!

Easily one of the best AirBnB’s we have ever stayed in! Super clean, very well appointed, and just beautiful! I don’t often rate the places we stay, but we loved Tina’s place so much! If we find ourselves in the area again we will certainly stay here!

We enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. The king size bed was very comfortable. We appreciated all the counter space in the bathroom, it’s nice to be able to spread out all our toiletries! My husband loves to iron and is always excited to find a full size ironing board when we travel. We would definitely stay here again.

We chose this place due to locality to university of Lynchburg, my daughter had her freshman orientation. This location was very clean and easy to access. One minor issue but host was on it very quickly and got it resolved.

had a great 2 nights at the grain bin! Loved the property and the house was very cute, as well as highly upkept. I was wowed from the second we walked in and it was so unique. They even picked up my grocery order and left it in the house before I even checked in. If we’re back in the area would definitely stay again, and would love to check out the other properties coming soon!

This was our 4th stay at the Flower Farm House and we can't wait for #5. It is just perfect for our group and we always enjoy ourselves. The kitchen is fabulous, with everything we could want or need. The firepit is our favorite nighttime spot and there is always plenty of wood for our use. Highly recommend,

Absolutely wonderful! Kasia was such a pleasure to communicate and work with. She provided everything possible to make our stay as welcoming and comfortable as it could be. I can't begin to describe how beautiful her home is, from the comfortable king size beds with tvs in every room, spotless and well appointed kitchen, squeaky clean bathrooms, and a back deck that was large enough to accommodate our large family cookout. The living room was so cozy and comfy. I just can't say enough. We have found our second home in Lynchburg! Thank you, Kasia, for making our family reunion a huge success. We made lasting memories and look forward to making many more in the future. Your home is perfect!

We had a wedding at a venue that was super close to Julian’s place. The house was beautiful and perfect for accommodating us and two other couples staying with us. John was incredibly helpful and responsive about every question we had and went above and beyond helping us with our stay. We definitely recommend staying at Julian’s and we will definitely be booking here again!

The accommodation was great for a crowd and we were able to host and sleep everyone comfortably. The furniture and bedding were nice and the kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes that matched our needs. I thought the host did a fantastic job of putting together the place to make it cozy and attractive for guests yet functional and comfortable meeting all of our needs.
