A pond populated with fish brings a touch of freshness and poetry to the setting. This peaceful haven can be discovered and enjoyed all year round.

Come and recharge your batteries at the foot of the family ski resort of Laye and very close to the Gap Bayard golf course. We offer an independent cottage of nearly 90 m2, great comfort with a hot tub and stunning views of the Champsaur Valley. The cottage includes 2 bedrooms of 15 m², a large living room with fully equipped kitchen and a veranda. You will also enjoy a pleasant and south-facing exterior with a shaded terrace, a green space, games for children and parking spaces.

Large furnished and flowered terrace to take full advantage of the 300 days of sunshine per year that make this pretty corner of France famous.

The accommodation (47 m2), with a small flowered outdoor area, is located in a new house (2021), made of wood, in a quiet area, with views of the mountains in the heart of the Champsaur. Residing on the property, we will be happy to host you and give you some tips and good addresses in our beautiful region. Charming independent studio with grassy terrace, equipped for 2 people (sheets and towels provided) and located at 1040 m altitude in the village of Piégut (15 minutes from Tallard). The old house, restored in an ecological and authentic spirit, enjoys a pleasant environment and beautiful views of the mountains. Your entry is completely autonomous but, living on site, we will be happy to advise you on activities to do in the area if you wish.

The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.

Comfortable suite in a renovated barn building entirely for you, isolated in the mountains, on the edge of a forest trail that is accessible by car in the summer and by foot in the winter (on cross-country skis and mountain bikes).

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Marie and Jérémy welcome you to their charming home in the heart of a 19th century building. Easy hiking and horseback riding, equine therapy center, La Havane de Buissard also welcomes riders and their horses. You will find all the local shops a five-minute drive to Saint Bonnet and can enjoy many sports activities as well as the beaches of the Champsaur lake.

Studio for 2 to 4 people

For your stay in the mountains, a functional studio on the ground floor of our house, which can accommodate a couple or a small family. It is a quiet and sunny place, perfect for relaxation. Ideally located for hiking or ski resorts, swimming, farmers' markets, Golf Gap-Bayard 10 min, biking, etc. (Gap: 20 min, Saint Bonnet en Champsaur: 7 min) Please note, we do not provide bed sheets and bath towels.
