Cozy private suite in the lower level. Guests have the suite to themselves. The bathroom is adjacent to the room and is private. There is a small fridge, a coffee maker, and a microwave oven. We are in Geneva, Illinois. We are LGBTQ+friendly. Our space is ideal for shorter stays and visitors on the go . Not suitable for staycations. Quiet area. No parties but have a good time. This house is on well water which some people do not like at all. There is water cooler with hot and cold on demand and a Britta pitcher as well. Handicap accessible. Smart TV and Wifi available. Kitchen basics but more available upon request especially for long-term. Accomodations for the eight include someone on the sofa/air mattress. There's only one bathroom. 2 rooms are up stairs steeper than some prefer. Main BR and bathroom on 1st floor.

Dr. Cheryl's place was amazing! Loved the peaceful area and surroundings as well as the home itself. It was very well decorated and had a lot of personality - very cozy and comfortable to live in! Dr. Cheryl was a great host and it was great to hang out with her as well as the other tenants during my stay. She's great with communication about anything going on during the stay and very accommodating. Had a wonderful stay - would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

This was my 3rd time staying at Erin's over a one year period. It's like home away from home. Erin is so accomodating and goes over and beyond what's expected or needed to make sure my stay was good. I just love staying there and it may also have something to do with her sweet dog Atlas. Being greeted by him every evening was therapeutic. I highly recomend this place! You won't be disapointed.
