Close to the Maribrynong river, 13 mins walk to Footscray station and 11 mins on the train to the city. . Just added a smart tv with Free Netflix. Bathed in light from a skylight rather than a window. The studio is upstairs ( 2nd floor) with no lift. My partner and I live next door. Th complex is a delightful community.
