This farmhouse fully renovated in a contemporary style will seduce you with its impressive volumes and original furnishings. 230 m2, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, home theater, terrace, courtyard. Located in Domptail, a small village in "Les Vosges" in the heart of the Lorraine region. Quiet and relaxing place in the countryside. Closed to tourist places such as the Baccarat crystal factory, Luneville and its castle, Gerardmer and its lake, Saint-Die, Epinal or Nancy. Marie and Gabrielle, your hosts, are from the village and will be happy to advise you on things to do in the area. I bought a farmhouse in 2007 to turn it into a vacation rental house. After 3 years of renovation work it finally came together and the result is better than I ever dreamed of. I'm very proud of myself for this accomplishement. I would be very happy to welcome you in the house and I'm sure you'll have a wonderful time. Price shown is for the whole house per night or per week for up to six people. Minimum stay is 7 nights, arrival and departure on Saturdays only. Electricity will be charged separately based on consumption. Tourist tax 0.80€/day/adult. In a Lorraine village located 6 km from Baccarat, 15 minutes from Pierre Percée, 30 minutes from Center Parcs, it is in a typical Lorraine house that we offer you to stay for a minimum of 2 nights. On the ground floor you will find an equipped kitchen and living room, direct access to an outdoor terrace overlooking the orchards and fields. On the first floor, 2 spacious and bright bedrooms as well as a fully renovated bathroom equipped with a shower and bathtub.

The entrance features a modern white door with three rectangular windows, enhancing natural light. Flanking the door are two large windows, each adorned with sheer curtains displaying heart motifs. Low stone benches are positioned at the base, offering a welcoming touch.

We were with a family of friends (in total we were 8 people - 4 adults and 4 children between 10-13 years) at Dominique's. The house is simply fabulous. Despite mixed weather, the house alone offers dozens of opportunities to keep busy. There is a barn with table tennis tables, a foosball table and plenty of space. The property is huge and offers many opportunities for children to play sports in addition to a private soccer and volleyball court. The rooms are super clean and very nicely decorated. There is everything you need. We'd love to come back and highly recommend.

A panoramic view is captured, showcasing rolling green fields and scattered trees under a partly cloudy sky. The horizon features distant hills and quaint village structures, contributing to a sense of serenity and open space.
