Honestly, I would recommend it without so much as a second thought! Everything was great! Very nice apartment, cozy, warm, it felt like home! Parking space available at the entrance so with the kids it was very convenient! Everything and accessible around! We spend time in Chartres so we'll go back, that's for sure. ☺️

Accommodation for 4 (adults) well adapted (1 queen bed + 1 sofa bed). You are in a quiet area and close to the small recreation area and greenery. Very quiet. Perfect for us. With BBQ and sun loungers. I recommend it without a problem. We wanted to rest, we had a nice 3 days. In addition, you are 5 minutes away by car for shopping. The listing is accurate. Very good family stay with our children and grandchildren. There were 12 of us. We immediately felt at home in the cozy and well-equipped house. Everyone found their space. Good bedding. Well-equipped kitchen. Well heated. The weather was poor so we couldn't really enjoy the outdoors. But we were able to visit Chartres very easily. The garden is a little too fenced, no view of the surrounding nature (very beautiful). Children can't play well in the garden. We had a nice weekend on November 11.

A very lovely apartment, clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Shops are a short walk from the apartment and you can walk to Chartres along the river or it’s a very quick drive. Audrey was very helpful and met us on our arrival and departure. Would highly recommend staying here.
