Laura is such a special host. This was my second time staying here, and she definitely made me feel at home. Due to her hospitality, this is my favorite place to stay. Laura is very kind and responsive. She is so helpful with all of her recommendations and accommodations. This Airbnb is very quiet and quaint (picture perfect). You do not even feel like you’re in such a busy city like Rome. I cannot recommend this place enough 🥰

Had a wonderful stay - a great hideaway from Romes hustle bustle- beautiful property with gardens and views of the city. Train station is 30 minutes drive away. I would love to revisit and stay at this property again

Nice accommodation for anyone wishing to visit the likes of Tivoli and Villa Adriana by car. The place is clean and well equipped for cooking. It also doesn't get too hot which is a huge plus. Susanna was very friendly and helpful during our stay.

Antonella's home was perfect for our stay in Rome. Easy bus ride from the train station, very walkable area convenient to good restaurants and a great neighborhood. Close to the Vatican and Trastevere area. Antonella was very easy to contact and was a great host. We were very happy with our choice. There is a narrow flight of stairs, but we knew this beforehand and wasn't an issue for us.

Andrea has built a a beautiful home in a magical place at the very top of a village. He was friendly and responsive, and it was one of the coolest and unique places we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend!

Marco was great and his place was perfect!! The place was great and in such an amazing location. Marco was very responsive and super helpful and we had so much fun. The showers drain a bit slower since it’s an old building but we just adjusted to that! Will definitely be staying here the next time I come to Rome. The six of us felt so comfortable and had such an amazing stay.

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The location was peaceful and quiet—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. One of the true highlights was the outdoor living area, complete with a beautiful pool that made every moment feel like a retreat. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was our host, Claudia. She was incredibly kind and responsive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel like part of her family. Her warmth and hospitality truly set this stay apart. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for a tranquil getaway with a gracious, welcoming host and a beautiful space to enjoy, this is it!

If you are looking for the perfect spot for adults and kids, this villa is your place! My family and I had an amazing stay at Antonia’s villa. We had 3 families, including 5 kids aged 1 to 5. The villa is spacious, lots of room for everyone to spread out. Well equipped for children, including all the amenities you would need for young ones. The pool and lounge area overlook a breathtaking view! The animals were a big hit for the children, along with the fruit trees. Adrian brought a smile every morning bringing us fresh eggs, providing food for the animals (for the kids to feed), attending to the pool and grounds, and making sure we had everything we needed. We had Roberta cook us a 5 course meal one night, and the experience was amazing, authentic fresh Italian food enjoyed by all! Antonia is absolutely lovely, we met with her to purchase some of their olive oil. She made us feel at home and was great to communicate with! We had a dream vacation in Italy thanks to Antonia’s!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property in Monteleone for our first trip to Italy. The home was perfectly situated, with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, even more stunning than the photos. The property itself was peaceful, well maintained, and a perfect place to relax after exploring nearby towns. Giacomo and his family were very warm and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches around the home that made it feel cozy and authentic. Special thanks to Giacomo for helping to arrange the return of an item we left behind. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough about how perfect the property was for our family. Spacious, homey, the pool was amazing, and the ping pong table was a great addition for our kids! There were games, books, cards all available for our use. They connected us with a chef for a cooking class at the house that was incredible. They were quick to respond and help throughout our time. I am so grateful for our time there and would 100% recommend and return!

Alessandro and his family were incredibly kind and welcoming. The apartment was clean and well-cooled, which was a huge relief in the summer heat of Rome. There's also a swimming pool with a nice view from the apartment — a great bonus! The bus stop is just a one-minute walk away, making it very convenient to get around. Highly recommended!

Patrizia si è rilevata una host molto attenta e disponibile ad andare incontro alle nostre esigenze. Appartamento in posizione centrale, con facilità di parcheggio, per la nostra moto, negli appositi stalli dietro al Municipio. Terrazza sopra Appartamento veramente bella con ampio panorama su tutta la vallata sottostante. Ottima per frescheggiare la sera. Location ottima per la facilità di raggiungere a piedi tutti i siti di maggior interesse di Tivoli. Consigliatissimo come scelta e colgo l'occasione per ringraziare la host Patrizia.

Andrea was very responsive, and his assistance when we needed some help with a friend in Rome was invaluable. His place was easily accessible by bus from central Rome, but the ride from Termini could take up to an hour in traffic. The Monte Sacro neighbourhood was great! The bars and restaurants are full of locals (always a good sign), and pricing was at non-tourist rates. In particular, there were two supermarkets, and a great local restaurant, Vineria 19, on Viale Adriatico. All are a 6 - 7 min walk away, and Andrea recommended them to us. And, then there was the the best gelato shop in Rome on Viale Adriatico (I think it's new - it just said "Gelato" over the entrance)! The apartment itself had everything that we may have needed as advertised. Toiletries were complimentary, and the kitchenette was equipped with complimentary coffee and tea, and it had a dishwasher too! It all felt newly renovated, with very modern fittings. The place felt like home from the moment we walked in!

Siamo stati nell'appartamento nel week del concerto di Ed Sheeran. La posizione è ottimale per muoversi, a 10 min dalla metro e 10 minuti dalla fermata bus. Siamo stati sfortunati perché abbiamo beccato un weekend dove i mezzi non funzionavano molto. L'appartamento era estremamente pulito, gentilissima la signora delle pulizie, tutte le stanze fornite di aria condizionata, bagni puliti e forniti di asciugamani, phon, sapone e accessori vari. Marco, l'host, è disponibilissimo, ci ha permesso di accedere prima per lasciare gli zaini. Sempre reperibile e ci ha anche fornito dei consigli sul dove pranzare. Salvo i mezzi è stato un weekend perfetto! Grazie ancora !

L'appartamento e' bello e ben tenuto. Tutto in ordine e pulito quando siamo arrivati. Marianna ci ha assistito in maniera fantastica, sempre disponibile e simpatica. L'appartamento si trova in una zona periferica molto tranquilla ma fornita di tutto, farmacia e supermercati vicinissimi e anche un paio di buoni ristoranti e rosticcerie. La metropolitana e' molto vicina e vi permette di arrivare a Roma in pochissimo tempo. Per chi lo preferisce taxi e uber sono facilmente prenotabili. Siamo scesi in macchina ma alla fine l'abbiamo lasciata parcheggiata di fronte a casa tutta la settimana. Veramente una bella scoperta. Grazie di tutto
