The memory foam sofa bed and sofa is easy to use and offers a comfortable bed. The studio has a 25 m2 🍸private terrace. If you are looking for beautiful hikes or cycling, it is perfect for nature lovers (🚲secure box). Located not far from Rennes and only 1 hour 15 minutes from the Breton coast⛵️🌊

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.
