Spacious duplex in detached house with splendid views. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, you can enjoy the comfort and large spaces of the house. Composed of 3 suites with private shower room (2 with 140 bed and 1 with 180 bed) and a bedroom with 180 bed and adjoining bathroom (shower and bathtub). On the large balcony, garden furniture, jacuzzi (4/6 people) and plancha to enjoy the sun. A foosball table and wood-burning stove will complete the comfort of the premises.
