Beautiful apartment with a beautiful view of Lago di Albano. Castel Gandolfo the town is a 10 minute walk away, which is convenient. Good designated parking in front. Valeria was very responsive t noir needs ot questions.

The home was very nice, clean and had good air conditioning. The hosts were very helpful. It was close to an authentic square and grocery stores where you could buy Italian delicacies. The only downside was the sound of nearby train traffic, but we quickly got used to it.

There was good communication throughout with Marco, he met us at check in . This was an excellent location, a quiet neighbourhood, very near to shops, restaurants and an easy walk to the wonderful beach. We swam in March ! also, there is a great local market on Weds. This is a huge, stylish and modern flat with lots of space and 4 balconies. There is everything you could possibly want in the kitchen. We had a dinner party for 8, including Italian friends, and it was easy. We would highly rate this accommodation.

Michela was very kind, always ready to respond to every request. the house is super clean, tastefully furnished, equipped with everything and comfortable a little complicated to enter the house, and the recycling is missing, but otherwise everything is perfect a little far from the nma port not difficult

The apartment is exactly as described – very clean, well equipped and with everything you need. Particularly noteworthy are the two balconies, where you can relax wonderfully. The location is ideal: Everything is within walking distance – supermarkets, restaurants, bars and several beautiful beaches, which you can reach in about 10 to 15 minutes. The harbor, with its many good restaurants and bars, is also a short walk away. The air conditioning was really worth its weight in gold in the summer temperatures. If you arrive by car, you will find free parking right in front of the apartment – super convenient. Anzio train station is also minutes away. From there, you can reach Rome airport or the middle of the city in about two hours – perfect for a day trip. A personal insider tip: the small pastry shop diagonally opposite the apartment – definitely try it! We felt completely comfortable and can fully recommend the apartment.

Great stay at Maria's, the studio has a beautiful terrace, and the name "the sunset" took on all its meaning when we could admire the sun setting over the sea

If I could give 10 stars I would give her 11, Franca was very helpful and patient. The house is very nice and has all the necessary amenities to make the most of your stay. Franca paid particular attention to my daughter's needs, from the corner covers to the flexible check-out. We will definitely be back!!

Lorenzos apartment is in a quiet residential area in Anzio. I was there in April, I guess it could be a little busier in the summer. The sea is within walking distance. The car park is good (private), and it is a short walk to the nearest train station. It could be a good base camp for a day trip to Rome. The apartment is modern and fully equipped and very clean. You will find everything you might need for shorter and longer stays, the washing machine is a great bonus. Lorenzo is a very good host, communication works perfect. He helped with the checking-in and explained how everything works, which saved a lot of time. Easy choice next time I will be around. Very much recommendable!

Luigi's house is great! It has plenty of space inside, is well equipped and a wonderfully large garden. Many very pretty transmissions grow in it, but they have poisonous berries. Here you have to be careful with very young children. The beach was unfortunately not very tidy because of the low season, but the sea was still great. We were on site without a car, there are many shops, restaurants and two bus stops nearby. Unfortunately, the buses often arrive too early or too late and you have to buy your ticket in a point of sale or in an app, the bus driver is only exceptionally and then much more expensive. To Anzio (12km) it usually costs €1.30 for the bus driver but 7€. Natalia's care was warm and great and we were able to make arrival and departure flexible.

Carlo is a very nice host. The house is wonderfully located with a fantastic terrace. Equipped with several parasols, loungers, dining table and a relaxing sofa, you can enjoy the wonderful view of the sea and the all-round relaxed atmosphere all day long. In the very lovingly furnished house, everything you need for relaxing vacation days is available. The driveway is exactly as Carlo describes it: the smaller the car, the more relaxed the arrival :)

Gabriella's place is great, very clean, well-maintained and decorated and equipped with a lot of love. The outdoor area is also very cozy. Two small supermarkets and some restaurants are within walking distance. The bus stop is very close. From the apartment, you have a view of the countryside, but unfortunately not of the sea. The bay nearby has been closed for years due to rockfall. All access to the sea via mostly steep footpaths. Highly recommend the boat trip to Palmarola with “il Fauno”

We visited Villa Greg with 11 people, 5 of them children 10 years old and under, and it was absolutely PERFECTO! There was space for children to be children, and space for adults to gsther and share a meal or a bottle (or two or three...) of wine. Close to charming medieval towns and world class, Michelin starred dining, we could not have had a more amazing time.

There are no words to describe the beauty and peace that reigns in this wonderful house surrounded by the green of the Itrani olive groves. Our stay was impeccable and exceeded all expectations. Everything is taken care of in detail by the host Ascanio, an exquisite and always available person, who has even drawn up a guide to places and activities of interest in the area. We felt at home and super pampered, in a clean, comfortable but above all quiet environment. Really recommended!

It was a perfect and relaxing weekend! Clean and cozy house, the garden then totally fenced and well-kept allowed our labrador to run and play in absolute safety. Mrs. Graziella was very kind right away. Definitely a place to come back.

The house is very bright, the rooms are spacious and very well organized. In the kitchen there is everything you need for cooking and for the table, even the terraces are very useful and the proximity to the beach is very convenient. We had a great stay in Formia! The apartment was very comfortable and clean, with reliable Wi-Fi that worked perfectly throughout our stay. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, great for relaxing after a day of exploring. The highlight was definitely the viev - absolutely breathtaking, with sweeping scenery of both the mountains and the ocean. The beach is within walking distance, though the return involves a bit of an uphill climb, so it's best for those who don’t mind a little exercise. That said, the tranquility and the view at the top are well worth it. We'd happily return!

The house is clean, equipped with all the services structured in a smart way, and with a wonderful little balcony overlooking the square of Sperlonga. The size is designed to make the stay as serene as possible, we also found some things for breakfast that were very appreciated as well as bathroom products. The friendliness of the host made our stay very pleasant, we had to arrive at night and Vincenzo was available despite the late hour to help us with the opening of the box because both my partner and I could not enter the code well, being the first time we had to check in automatically; we also needed to ask for information about parking and the beaches and he was always very present and available, also recommending a few places where we went to dinner, being more than good. We would pick it up because the location is great, like the friendliness of the host. Top

The apartment is very clean and absolutely as in the photos, Giuseppe was really very helpful, present, attentive to all the details to give you the experience, the pampering, of your home but on vacation. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the sea makes everything spectacular, the only downside was having to leave! We will definitely be back, a thought also for Daniel who helped us with sun loungers and umbrella, he was also very kind, always very helpful. Absolutely recommended.

Cozy clean and fabulous location

Clean, bright and quiet accommodation, not far from the center of Latina, with all the comforts and even more (gym and parking space) Luca allowed us access with our Labrador dog which is a rarity. He is also always available for any need if necessary. I highly recommend it. Thank you, Luca.

I have been to many AirBNB’s but never have I seen one as well stocked as this lovely home. There was everything we needed for a family dinner upon arrival! Maria Teresa is a delight. Very responsive and full of helpful suggestions. Easy check in and check out. Spacious with 3 comfortable bedrooms and very light and airy. This house is close to old town, which is a must. Also, very close to the best beach. We will be back and highly recommend.

Although we were only there for a weekend, we found everything as indicated in the description and as shown in the photos. We also appreciated the availability and kindness of the host.
