So if you're looking for tranquility close to the city, this is the place! Parking is available in the courtyard of the house. Closed lot.

20 m² studio, fully renovated, adjoining our main residence. The entrance is independent. Garden access possible. Parking is available in our yard. There is an equipped kitchen (microwave, stove, Senseo coffee maker, kettle), TV, wifi, a bathroom with toilet, storage, baby bed. We provide sheets, towels, tea towels and some essentials. We are close to Tours center (6 km). You will appreciate it for its calm.

The exterior of the house is framed by lush greenery and flowering shrubs. A white door is prominently visible, while the quaint stone wall and wrought-iron gate add to the charm of the entrance.
