Dan was the most attentive and kind host! Responded so quickly to any questions and was super helpful. The flat is in the perfection location with it just a short walk to town. Beautiful secluded quiet garden for your morning coffee or to just sit and relax. The flat has all you can ask for with easy Alexa instructions throughout( and the most comfortable bed I've had in an Airbnb thus far). Absolutely great value for money, would definitely stay again! Thank you Dan for making our stay a great one⭐️

We had such an amazing time at Becky’s place. We felt at home straight away and the sea views were incredible. The interior was so stylish without being soulless, and I had some of the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. The location is perfect as well. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much!

The apartment was clean and lovely . View of sea. Also the accommodation is easy to walk resultants and bars in old town. Have every thing in the kitchen. The shower was great. Thank to the hosts

I stayed at Katy’s place for 3 months and had the best time. It was only 5-7 minutes from the beach and I loved it. There were some problems but she was always ready to help and a great host. Would definitely love to go back.

Lovely apartment, with great facilities and ideal location. Beach, high street and train station all within 5 mins walk. Karim was responsive and gave lots of local recommendations, which was much appreciated!

Karen was the perfect host with full details re the property sent in advance and a lovely welcoming present. The property is immaculate in all senses of the word with spacious clean rooms and a lovely balcony for those great sunsets. It is situated two minutes walk away from the beach and 20 from Birchington itself which is full of shops, bars and restaurants. Great place to stay out of the hustle & bustle of Whitstable but a gorgeous walk in along the beach / coast walk - flat and easy for all. Really enjoyed staying in this area - lovely houses and beach feels very private. Plus the house is 3 houses down from the sea and upstairs bedrooms have great seaview. Very sociable space - 4 couples stayed and we had so much room to cook, eat & sit and the garden is a bonus.

Due to issues with the original booking Laura very quickly contacted us and arranged for us to stay at Quince cottage this was a lovely clean place to stay with a large garden and easy access to all amenities so we were very happy with our stay.

Everything just seemed a little bit better than expected. The photos understated the space (usually the other way round). More tastefully decorated than I've come to expect and the kitchen equipment and even crockery was a notch up on Airbnb expectations. Plus the beach is so easy to get to. Just walk in a straight line for 300m and you're there. Plus a co-op right round the corner for supplies.

I can’t recommend Lisa’s place enough. We had a different air bnb booked which cancelled on us 2 days before our trip. We were so pleased to find Lisa’s lovely home and we are pleased our original one cancelled! The house is really large and spacious, lots of room for our group of 10. Rooms were comfortable and all facilities were more than adequate for our group. Lots of seating inside and out, lovely hot tub and a lovely sunny garden. The house is on a quiet estate with ample parking. Lisa communicated really well and check in was easy. Would highly recommend

We were a party of ten adults and one child staying at Martin’s home for the weekend. The property was superb, wonderfully decorated and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The gardens were beautiful. We were lucky to be blessed with fabulous weather and made the most of it. We were also lucky to be visiting during lambing season. Watching lambs being born was quite an experience. I would highly recommend this property and hope to revisit again one day

Excellent home for a weekend away, we loved it. Deanna was extremely helpful - loads of useful recommendations and clear instructions. House is spacious, beds v comfortable and the outdoor area at back was perfect for breakfast in the sunshine. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Victoria’s beautiful beach property! We were 4 adults with 4 children and it was perfect. Plenty to do in the area, we went to rye and camber sands. House has everything you need for cooking. Plenty of fridge and freezer space and double oven. Hot tub was very much appreciated once the children were in bed!! Highly recommended

The apartment was easy to find with Lisa's accurate instructions. Beautiful apartment with a view of the sea, and immaculately clean with secure gated parking too. Great location for walking along the seafront with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Lisa's communication was excellent throughout and she went out of her way to check everything was perfect for us. A lovely apartment for a relaxing weekend away. Highly recommended.

Danika’s place was immaculately clean and well-presented, with lots of thoughtful finishing touches. The location is really good - right on the coast, with views out to sea and just a 15 minute stroll down the promenade into Margate proper. We even booked a meal in Westgate-On-Sea from the recommendation pack in the flat which was lovely.

Very helpful, very good with communications. Flat was ideal for our needs, two good size bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen. Handy places to eat and drink nearby and Rochester was only 15 minutes drive away and great road links to London and all areas of Kent.

We did struggle to find the location, but he hosts came back to us really quickly and we were in! Beautiful accommodation, just as described. Very clean. Would recommend and would stay here again

Such a lovely stay in Ramsgate, would thoroughly recommend. Even better than the photos and so many lovely little touches from dressing gowns and slippers, snacks in the room and toiletries to make your stay perfect.
