My stay was even nicer than I had already expected. The place is perfectly located, furnished with a lot of love, has everything you need and I felt comfortable from the first moment. The contact with Ingrid and Peter was very warm and accommodating and at the same time discreet enough. I was immediately helped with any questions. Too bad I was only there for a short time. We stayed with Linda for the second time and felt very comfortable. Very nice and modern furnishings, everything clean and the beds were renewed in early 2025. Perfect place to stay with children. Dogs are also welcome. The entrance to the apartment is accessible via a gate staircase. Here, slide mats were designed for dogs, which makes the entrance easier. The location is perfect. Many restaurants, snacks, spar and bakeries are within walking distance. The beach can also be reached very quickly via the dune. Linda was always quick to reach. We will definitely come a third time too! Thank you for the great accommodation.

We had a wonderful stay! The space was delightful – beautifully renovated with a personal touch, preserving its authentic charm. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, making cooking a breeze. The garden is absolutely stunning, perfect for relaxing. One of the highlights was the nearby Looverendaele, just a short walk away. It’s an amazing farm where the kids could visit the cows and pigs, and we enjoyed delicious bread and the charming little shop. Thank you for a lovely stay – we hope to return!

beautiful, large shared kitchen and living room. The sleeping quarters were not exaggerated luxury, but functioned fine. The bed mattresses slept wonderfully. And especially cool with small children because when you step out your door, you are immediately in an extensive playground. And many beautiful Zeeland places such as Domburg, Veere and Zoutelanden are in the immediate vicinity. TOP

Our stay in the super cozy house of Frank and Nanda was a topper! Both we and our children and the baby had a very nice weekend there. Really everything was provided, also to cook yourself or enjoy an apero outside. The garden is completely enclosed which also felt safe for the dog and ourselves. A beautiful location within walking distance of the beach. Highly recommended for those who also want to experience peace and quiet in a group.

Great place, great location, beach is within walking distance. Luc communicates very friendly, active and responds very quickly. We had breakfast every morning in the beautiful garden with great sun, with a beautiful view of the countryside. We felt super comfortable in the house, recovered well and will definitely be happy to come back.

Totally nice! Nice and neat house, cozy garden for a quiet neighborhood, plenty of privacy. You'll be in the middle of the city center in no time, or you'll be at the beach. The house is really above-average items in terms of kitchen utensils, really great! Furthermore, tiptop clean, large bathroom and a great bed!

The place was very nice and you were very quick to the beach. The fenced garden was perfect for our dogs and completely fenced. The entire complex was also very nice, you could bowl and swim. You could easily explore the surroundings by bike. The nearby supermarket was a few minutes away by bike and had everything you need - including fresh rolls. All in all, a successful holiday.

We had a relaxing vacation with 7 people in the big house. Everything, but really everything, was clean and lovingly arranged with decorations. The garden was large and can accommodate everyone with several seating options. The hosts were always friendly and accommodating. All in all highly recommended.

We stayed at Fred's house with 4 girlfriends for a long weekend. The location is very quiet and yet you can reach the sea in a few minutes, just great. The house is exactly as described and the photos show it. Great amenities and layout and everything was very clean. We felt very comfortable right away. The communication with Fred and Ulli was very friendly and you got a super quick response. We can highly recommend this house and will definitely be happy to come back.

Hello, We had a four-day stay at Roderick's house. There was great communication and good instructions. It was clean and comfortable. For a small fee, there were bed linens and towels that were ready. Roderick had responded very quickly to inquiries. Would go back next year.

We enjoyed the stay as a family, partners with 2 families. It was suitable for this composition. Everyone had a little bit of their own place There is active football in the garden and the table outside was wonderful to stay. The bikes are also well used. It would be good to be a broom for inside. But it was a fantastic house with enough kitchen items for 10 people and nice kitchen.

Clean, comfortable and complete house where nothing is lacking. Very efficient contact and organization with the agency. Quiet and pleasant neighborhood, nice size garden and nice view. Within walking distance of the sea. We recommend it!

A wonderful, unique place to stay with great service. We were traveling with teenagers and dog and had a great week for all of us! Very stylishly furnished and at the same time cozy. We didn't miss anything in terms of amenities - on the contrary. The contact in advance was warm and personal and had all the necessary information so we could feel safe and oriented. Our stay in Breskens was very nice. The property is quietly located and offers many opportunities to explore the surroundings on foot or by bike. In the village there is a bike rental, many snacks and restaurants, a souvenir shop, and a grocery store - if you have forgotten something, you can get everything. The accommodation itself is small and rustic, and is adequately equipped. The absolute highlight for us was the garden and the covered terrace with fireplace. Monique was a friendly host who was quick to respond to messages.

Great house: as described and as in the photos 😊 very clean, nicely decorated. Great location: very quiet and beach within walking distance. Supermarkets in the surrounding area. Fenced garden, ideal for a dog. We were very satisfied and enjoyed our vacation.

Nice and Cosy place in Zeeland. Pleasant welcome with a delicate attention for us and the dog. A few good restaurants in the area (no need to use the car) and a few shops. Beaches are not far neither. Easy communication with the owners who are very reactive. I do recommend the place.

We were allowed to relax in a very cozy, tastefully furnished and well-kept cottage. We did that too! In the garden, our dog was able to romp without having to worry (well fenced). Horst and his dear wife Heidi are very good hosts! Always friendly and careful that guests feel comfortable too. We loved the beautiful beach nearby! We will be happy to come back!

We had a fantastic time staying at the Duno lodge (F) in Zeeland with our dog. Perfectly located within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and a local supermarket, and after a long winter walk along the beach or exploring the area, the private sauna was a special treat. For us, the fact the lodge was dog friendly made it ideal for our pup, who loved his first holiday! We really recommend this place and can imagine it’s wonderful in the summer months as well. A true gem in Zeeland!

i booked this nice Tiny cottage for a month and it was lovely. there is everything you need for a short or long stay. very cozy and cozy. definitely recommended.
