Studio Duinhuis ... the specially designed wooden house with wood-burning stove is located on the hill opposite the monumental bathing pavilion, 100 meters from the beach access! It’s my lifelong dream to live by the sea with a small studio and to rent out a tiny house. In typical Teeland style, the house's windows open out onto a sunny wooden terrace. You can hear the sea all the way here. A cozy sleeping loft makes the house special; the small sauna can be booked on the spot (€20.00/2 hours).

In the outskirts of Koudekerke, only 1400 meters from the beach and city center, is our lovely cottage, meant to cheer you up :-) It consists of a living area with kitchen, a fantastic bathroom with walk-in rain shower and Private Sauna! Upstairs in the sleeping loft, there are 2 sleeping areas with lovely box springs for a comfortable night's sleep. Please note: the stairs are very steep with narrow steps and upstairs you have to bend down to get into the sleeping quarters.

Luxury Tiny House | Jacuzzi, Sauna & Beach Cottage

Welcome to Tiny House Duinzicht, a luxurious and cozy wellness accommodation on the Zeeland coast. Enjoy peace, nature and comfort, relax in the private Jacuzzi and barrel sauna, and discover the surroundings of Domburg and Zoutelande. In the summer season (early May to mid-September), a private beach cottage between Westkapelle and Zoutelande is included. In addition, two free bicycles are available year-round for you to explore the beautiful Zeeland coast.
