Séjour très agréable dans ce logement au calme et avec une vue imprenable. Confort et équipement très qualitatif, nous avons passé un week-end très agréable. Merci à Marie pour sa petite attention à notre arrivée qui a été très apprécié.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, agréable avec une vue magnifique. Logement très propre et bien équipé avec un jacuzzi accessible à tous moments et au top !!

Sebastien a réagi rapidement à nos messages, la communication était facile, pas compliquée et sympatique, nous nous sommes sentis à l'aise. Le chalet était tel que décrit, propre, très, très bien équipé (mieux que décrit), la vue magnifique, et le sauna et jakuzi super. En somme, de belles vacances pour nous.

Super week-end prolongé chez Amandine. Le chalet est confortable et convivial. Le bain nordique est un plus. Les randonnées aux alentours sont très belles ! Un petit havre de paix !

A really unusual and beautifully converted little mazot or chalet. Looks characterful and rustic on the outside but it was very modern and nicely kitted out on the inside. The space is tiny but we found it perfect for two. We were there in June so could enjoy sitting out on the terrace. We are both over 6ft so had to watch our heads in the bedroom which is in the eaves. We also found the stairs very steep and tricky so would caution people who are not very sure on their feet. One had to be very careful with middle of the night trips downstairs downstairs to the bathroom! Both the living room and the bedroom have a traditional unglazed window which is sealed by a large wooden door which it is brilliant to throw open to enjoy the mountain air, even when it's raining or snowing. Very atmospheric! The mazot is in a quite spot just on the edge of town but everything is 5 to 10 minutes walk away. There is even a japanese and also a savoyard restaurant a few minutes walk away.

9 of us stayed here and the chalet was great for us, plenty of room and a great kitchen. I would definitely stay there again and will be recommending to F & F.

I highly recommend this apartment. The location is perfect, it has a big terrace/back yard, the interior is nice and has everything you need. It also has a garage, which was perfect. Roberto was always available to answer any questions we had. We would definitely come back again.

Very nice, large chalet in the mountains. Nice big living room with view on the mountains. We had a pleasant weekend. We were two families and the house was large enough for us to feel confortable. Very well equipped as well!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La vue est magnifique depuis la terrasse du logement. Nous venions pour un mariage et Jean Robert nous a mis à disposition le matériel nécessaire pour repasser nos vêtements. L'accès via la boîte à clés est très pratique pour arriver à n'importe quelle heure. Il y a beaucoup de possibilités de balade dans les environs et les commerces le plus proche sont à 5 min en voiture. le lieu est très reposant. Je vous le recommande pour un dépaysement total.

A fabulous hideaway, so quiet, no noisy roads, no noisy people. Just perfect. Lovely and warm, very clean, full of everything we needed. Was great to just read and not have a TV And we didn't need a microwave because we were able to cook ourselves easily. Plenty warm water and so luxurious to have a bath in the apartment, fantastic!! Also Samoens has lots of reasonably priced restaurants and cafes. In addition we were able to use a couple of spare towels as a curtain in the bedroom, so no problems at all. The information provided was so thorough, there was nothing we didn't understand. A wonderful place to stay for a week Thank you so much Scotti You have been amazing, I hope we can stay again ❤️

The apartment was very nice, the sleeping areas were very comfortable. The location was good, very close to both the downtown as well as hiking trails. Pierre was very quick to respond and friendly, and even gave good recommendations for the area. It did get quite hot in the area and the apartment got very muggy on a few nights, and I would have gladly paid more for some kind of AC. However, no air conditioning is typical for the area so it is not a knock against the apartment. On the nights where it cooled down and the windows were open the apartment was very comfortable and gave a beautiful view of the mountains. If I were to ever go back to Chamonix I would consider staying here again.

Léa a été d'une amicalité, d'une efficacité et d'une flexibilité que je souhaiterai retrouver chez tous le monde dans ce domaine ! Le logement, l'environnement et le voisinage ont été ce que nous avons le plus retenu de ce séjour ! Très belle vue et lieu avec une fidélité a la description sur le site, facile d'accès et agréable je recommande à toutes et à tous ce lieu et cette hôte. Studio muito bonito e com tudo que é necessário para uma estadia prazerosa e prática. O Franck e sua esposa são pessoas agradáveis e prestativas. Recomendo o local!

Emplacement idéal centre village Combloux. Toutes commodités à proximité et à pieds. Très bon accueil par Jean-Paul. Grande propreté du logement, beau jardin et espace détente, tranquillité et superbe vue. Merci Jean-Paul pour votre sympathie !

Nous sommes venus chez Michel & Svetlana pour séjourner durant le festival de l'animation à Annecy. Nous avons été extrêmement bien reçus, le logement est parfait ainsi que son emplacement facile à trouver (20 min du centre-ville), calme et magnifique. Les hôtes sont très à l'écoute et nous avons été très bien accueillis dès le 1er jour. De plus, la piscine est particulièrement agréable. Nous recommandons à 100%. Signé Rémi, Justine et Célia.

Merci à Marc pour son accueil et son logement adorable. Nous avons beaucoup aimé le calme de l’endroit après nos ballades. Le chalet est très cosy et fonctionnel. La petite piscine et la terrasse est un atout. Nous recommandons pour l’emplacement si l’on cherche un peu de calme en dehors d’Annecy.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine chez Bertrand à l'occasion d'un déplacement professionnel. Bertrand est un hôte sympathique et très accueillant ! Very nice apartment with a lovely big living room and large windows. Well equipped, clean and tidy. A short walk to the Argentiere lifts, all important boulangerie and restaurants in the village. Justin was very helpful but not over the top. Recommended.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Emmanuelle. Notre chien Paco et nous même avons été ravis de séjourner au chalet. Les espaces sont grands et propres. Le jardin est clos et privatif ce qui en fait un atout majeur. Nous avions notre indépendance, le tout à 15 minutes du centre d’Annecy. Merci beaucoup!
