Just 35 minutes to the Adirondack Park/Mountains north on State Rt 12 and 20 miles west to the Turning Stone Casino Resort. There is a downstairs 4BR flat that sleeps 6 with central air and laundry that is listed seperately.

Within a ten to fifteen minute drive you can travel to Utica College, Hamilton college, SUNY Poly, and the up and coming Nano Center. This area is unique for many small family restaurants with many options for local shopping. A short drive away are day trip options including the Baseball Hall of Fame, Syracuse, and the Adirondacks.

This duplex consists of three bedrooms, one and a half baths, kitchen, living room, and laundry area with washer and dryer. Laundry area is shared with owner. Centrally located in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood. Anyone traveling the Erie Canal Bike Trail, we are 2 blocks North of this route. Anyone snowmobiling, we have access to trail C7. Ride from your front door.
