Beautiful place, super comfortable, organized and clean, we rested a lot. The host is very friendly and always available for any concerns. We'd go back without a second thought.

Excellent accommodation, the apartment is very cozy, very easy to get to. It is one block from the central park of Floridablanca, with a lot of shopping around it. Comfortable furniture, bed and pillows. It's only missing some kitchen utensils and another fan. Everything else is fine. We had a problem with the keys and Javier kindly helped us immediately! Excellent host, highly recommended to the entire Airbnb community.

Excellent accommodation. The location is strategic and provides easy access to everything, 2 blocks from the main shopping malls, next to an Oxxo, restaurants and other establishments. The place is much more spacious and nicer than what you see in the photos. Everything was impeccable with a beautiful view. Exceptional host service. 100% recommended.

A strategic location, a modern apartment.

The apartment is too beautiful. It has all the amenities described and was the best for me. The contact was always very quick and very helpful. In general, everything was very good. As a suggestion, I hope to check out a little later, at 11 am or 12 pm. At 10 am it feels like running a little. Overall, everything was excellent. Thank you very much!

The apartment was just like the photos, comfortable and necessary for a stay of no more than 4 people. Good location as it was easy to access other places of interest. The bathrooms were clean and pleasant in their design, however, I suggest raising the faucets, it was very close to the sink and was difficult to use... Check the glass panels because although they closed well, water came out and it was always necessary to use the squeegee. I suggest a TV in the second bedroom for more entertainment, and in the kitchen area, have more utensils such as: sandwich maker, pressure cooker, a dish drainer, and other dishes. Clean the freezer in the fridge, as there is a lot of ice on the walls. The building is still under construction and both the parking lot, the elevator, and the road to the apartment are under construction. (They should name it, since we were very impressed). You have to carry your luggage up from the parking lot (there is no elevator), so if you have a lot you should take this into account.

I had an incredible stay at John's place! The home was clean, well organized, and exactly as described in the listing. The check-in process was seamless, and John was incredibly responsive and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The location was very good, close to PriceSmart for shopping, which made exploring the area so convenient. The amenities were very good—from the comfortable bed to the well-equipped kitchen, everything exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for a cozy, well-maintained, and centrally located Airbnb with an amazing host, this is the place to book. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip!

Excellent and safe location, worked perfect for what we looked for.

My stay at this stay was excellent. From the first moment I was impressed by the impeccable cleanliness and the condition of the facilities, everything felt like new, with attention to even the smallest details. The place is spectacular. It is very conveniently located, close to many restaurants and bars, supermarkets and places of interest. The building is safe, modern and the security staff are always friendly and helpful. The apartment is nice, clean and equipped with everything you need to have a pleasant stay. Juan Carlos and the other hosts are always ready to answer questions and concerns. Definitely a great place to go back to.

It's an excellent place, very quiet and very well located. Everything was tidy and clean, the terrace has an excellent view. Juan was always attentive to anything I might need and also gave me very good recommendations.

Luz was a very gracious host, Ivan was also helpful and friendly! The view is one of the best, it can't be matched to any other. It's centrally located which was great! The welcome gift was very nice and the drinkable water saved me a lot of trouble. The residential gym is one of the best I've ever utilized and it even has a view! It's not the host's fault but I did find the infinity pool to have some odd accessibility issues even when it was supposedly open. Overall, Luz and Ivan were great and the apartment was very memorable. Gracias! :)

I was very satisfied with the accommodation, Natalie is a great host, there was very good communication, I didn't have much time to enjoy the apartment but it is ideal for resting and staying. It has several food and shopping places nearby, and a very good view of the city. I recommend it and would stay again if I return to BGA soon!!

Organized, clean and comfortable

Everything was great in the accommodation, I was here for 1 month and everything was great, it had hot water and air conditioning. I would just say that they should provide cleaning products and sheets for long stays Otherwise, everything was great
