The home was clean, confortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting the area.

The unit was very clean and had lots of windows for daylight. Everyone one we met on the island was very friendly and helpful. There were plenty of things to do for entertainment. Loved having access to the ocean.

Carmen's place was better than what the pictures showed. Very clean, very comfortable bed and furniture. Great directions, easy to check in, and our host responded very quickly to any questions we had. The beach was a very short walk and wasn't crowded any of the times we went. We used the different amenities; played tennis, basketball, ping-pong, and golf. The main pool was opened at the end of our stay and is very nice with live music during the happy hour at the poolside tiki bar. Great place for our family to enjoy with something for everyone in the resort. A great host and we would stay here again!

This was the perfect staycation for our family from out of town that joined us. The house smelled slightly of cigarettes when we came in the front door. Even with the most sensitive noses, we hardly noticed it after a few minutes. The kitchen is fabulous and fully stocked! Tons of towels too. It’s a nice, open floor plan. Plenty of sleeping space for everyone and we were all comfortable. The garage is turned into a game room and has all the fun stuff. Now let’s get to the backyard. WOW! The landscaping is breathtaking and we sat outside for hours and just stared at the water. We even saw a baby alligator near our dock! The house is equipped with a dock and lift. However, I wish that part would have been more informative. While the channel is extremely deep, even in high tide, we could not get the boat onto the lift. It’s extremely shallow. If you’re planning on bringing a boat, I would go over the specifics. We couldn’t fit it and we only draw 1 ft. Besides that, zero complaints!

My family and I had a great time at this property. It comfortably houses four people and provides lots of privacy. The gated community is beautiful and well kept and the location is central to many attractions and shopping areas.

Very sweet house in great location. We had everything we needed for our 3 person work trip; kitchen well-equipped, comfy beds and furniture, good showers. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Perfect for our 3 person work trip. I would love to stay here on vacation some day. Jeff is a great host!

What a great place; what a great host! Pool & hot tub were super clean & ready to go when we arrived, hot tub self drains every night, refilling in the am! The cotton linens were fantastic and we slept amazingly. We went Goldilocks style & slept in both king beds, we liked the taller bed a bit better but both were comfy. Had a full kitchen but we didn’t do much more than coffee and birthday cake out of there. The purple key ring inside the property gives you access to the private beach and tiki hut just around the corner. The tiki hut had a picnic area under it and we would love to go back and have a meal up in the hut. Great views and access to the sand and water just steps from the hut. Last but not least, Kathleen was above and beyond responsive, and kept us informed and answered questions quickly. We didn’t ask for any recommendations but I’d imagine she’d have some great ones. We do recommend Kyle G’s for that one special night out for a high end dinner.

Liz and Chad have a beautiful guest house with a private back patio and fire pit. We loved going out on the dock behind the owners home and having coffee in the morning while watching the waves, boats and even caught a glimpse of dolphins! Even though the dock is a shared space there is an easy private walkway to it and we felt right at home like it was our own space. We would definitely stay again. It’s a very quiet peaceful location.

Beautiful location walkable to coffee, parks, and restaurants. Accommodations were great, place is clean and cozy. Plenty of space to spend a few days at the beach and unwind.

Overall a great place to stay even if just for the patio! Our stay was for 2 weeks in February. It actually was warm enough (80°) for a quick dip in the pool. -Bed was incredibly comfortable…and I am super picky about mattresses! And pillows! We both slept really well. -Very clean -Bathroom - shower appears small but actually quite roomy. -Extremely well stocked kitchen. -Very quiet neighborhood - my husband was able to work on the patio, also great neighborhood for walking -Patio - great covered area as well as area for sun. Pool is super clean. -Close to shopping - grocery store less than 5 min away -So many extras are supplied…toilet paper, coffee pods, trash bags, cleaners, pool towels, and more We may make this an annual trip!

Absolutely amazing place to stay! Beautifully decorated with a homey feel. Amenities for every age. Nice and easy walk to a quiet beach. Towels, chairs, coolers and toys for the beach were provided. 2 kayaks and all the safety equipment are there to use as well. The backyard area is awesome as well! There was nothing that this home didn’t have to offer. I would highly recommend and look forward to staying again.

We absolutey enjoyed our stay in may 2023. The house is a gem, so colorful and perfect to stay with children. You have everything you need and the kitchen is very well equiped. The communication with Trish was great and we'd come back anytime.

Pam was a great host and the house exceeded our expectations. The views were great and the house had more character and charm than your typical air bnb. I immediately felt like I was on vacation when I walked in the house and I live only a few miles away.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. It was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a perfect getaway for our family. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the decor was charming and cozy. We particularly enjoyed the serene backyard and the lovely outdoor seating area, which was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. Everything was fantastic, and the attention to detail in this home was evident. The host was very responsive and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Susan is such a friendly host. The place is just as described, and the location is great. Safe neighborhood, only a nine minute bike ride to the historic downtown area. The instructions to get inside were clear and easy. Even though the pool is a shared space, we rarely saw Susan, as she gave us our privacy. I liked how the bathroom had a side door to the private patio area with the propane fire pit. The bedroom is huge and the bed is super comfortable. There is also a shower which was convenient to use after returning from the beach. I would definitely recommend staying here. Oh yeah, I almost forgot to mention the chocolate croissants that were left for us upon our arrival. Delicious, and such a nice touch.

Lisa's home helped to make our trip a great Florida stay. It is well kept and fully stocked . My family and I enjoyed the personality in the home decor and how cozy the home was. Lisa was quick to respond to our questions and provided clear instructions/requests for the stay. A quick 10 minutes to grocery stores/restaurants and 15 minutes to Hutchinson Island beaches.

Perfect for a single person or a couple! It was very clean and had all the essentials! Bed was also very comfortable. The guest house had a beautiful aesthetic both inside and out. Thank you so much!!!

First off, the place was spotless upon arrival, and equipped with EVERYTHING you could possibly need, from games, fully stocked kitchen, access to anything needed for the beach or relaxation. Hosts were super responsive and proactive in provided instructions and being helpful throughout the visit. The home was very spacious and able to accommodate us well without feeling cluttered in the home. Great pool and serene relaxation on the patio. Don’t walk, run to this booking if you’re even considering it. Looking forward to come back next year when my son has spring training for baseball.
