Family-friendly vacation rentals in Florida City

Claudia was a fantastic host! She was very helpful, answering our questions about the neighborhood and where to buy groceries. The house was clean and very comfortable for our group of 6. The garden and pool area were beautifully maintained and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. Overall we had a great time and felt right at home.

Everything was nice! Communication from the hosts were great. 10/10 highly recommended! The kids really enjoyed the pool!

What a gem! This place is the rose amongst the thorns of high rise Miami. Nestled in a garden district behind Bal Harbour, this Oasis hideaway was the perfect escape from the chaos. Instead of the tourist crawl, we chose to nestle at home and absorb the tranquility for a recharge before our next destination. The Bluebirds and Cardinals flying between squirrels and lizards were enchanting. The pool was blissful and the sun was warm. If we ever return to Miami there is no other place we would stay. Hosts we’re exceptional. Gave us space and privacy but we’re there when we needed them.

Simply amazing, the smell of jasmine from her tree in the morning by the pool with a cup of coffee was awesome. Judy was absolutely wonderful. he place was clean and the kids loved her pool.

Vischka has a beautiful family home, she was always responsive and ready to help whenever we needed. I would recommend staying at her place!

Wow! Just WOW! I appreciate Beatriz deeply, as she was available to accommodate my family and I for a last minute reservation, as my prior plan fell through. Beatriz was easy to communicate with, very thorough, empathic and overall a sweet, genuine spirit. The home was very beautiful and clean! I was very impressed with how everything was organized and decorated. The location was serene as well. I was able to play a little pool and brush up on my skills. I wish I was able to play the other games she had available but didn’t have time. I am so happy that I was able to stay here with family. We all enjoyed it, along with the amenities (my mother was impressed with the availability of kitchen and cooking utensils!). THANK YOU BEATRIZ! I will certainly return whenever I take a trip down to Florida.

I had a wonderful stay at [Maribel]’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and in a great location. Communication with the host was smooth and they were incredibly helpful and responsive throughout. I especially like the communication and the place was very good. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Peaceful, comfortable & centrally located. The cottage was very clean, the settings quiet and very well located in the heart of town. The front yard was a beautiful space to get fresh air while having morning coffee.

We stayed at Napalys's place for 5 days. This house is beautiful, very well equipped, and close to all the tourist attractions of the city, the amenities of the house allowed us to enjoy our stay very comfortably. This is our second stay at The Tropical River House, and it is an absolutely wonderful place to relax and take in the beautiful scenery. Located right along a small river, with tropical palm trees framing the most beautiful sunset, all right in the back yard! We were visited by various tropical inhabitants such as ducks, cormorants, a few iguanas sunning themselves on the seawall, and also pods of Manatees slowly swimming by from time to time. It's just wonderful, it's so nice that we spent a couple of days on the back deck relaxing, in lieu of going to the beach. Although we did get some great beach time too! The house is exactly as described, is very clean and organized, and has all the amenities you'll ever need. We "cooked in" on several nights and the kitchen has it all! The neighborhood is quiet, and the home is near to restaurants, shopping, the beach and just about everything. The Tropical River House, once again, exceeded our expectations and we will be back soon.

Great stay! Mona provided a crib for my baby, and we love the playground one block away. Relaxing in the jacuzzi after running around Miami was a treat. Very cute backyard that my kids loved. Will book again!

I'd like to share my positive experience in this rental house in Miami. Although it was small and austere, it was very well-equipped with everything I needed during my stay. The communication with the host was exceptional, responding quickly and effectively to all my inquiries and requests. Highlughts: - The host responded quickly to my inquiries and requests - The location was convenient and accessible - The small garden that the house had, which was very nice and cozy. My family and I enjoyed spending time there, and it was a great place to relax and enjoy the outside.
