Vacation rentals with a patio in Flores da Cunha

Well located :) Very cozy apartment, the only thing I found a little private D+ because there is no view of the city because it is an apartment next to the terrace of the building and with that it blocked the whole view of the windows pointing only to a large wall. I love spaces with a view and even more of a city that we can see. Att.:

Surely the best AIRBNB I've ever looted. Extremely organized, clean, and the hostels were very gentle providing items such as soap, coffee. I really liked that the space offered a garage. At the check in were super flexible and receptive. I loved it and recommend it a lot. If you ever get back to Caxias, I'll be locating again!

Undoubtedly one of the best accommodations I've ever been to! My sisters-in-law and I loved the place, everything clean and perfect, air conditioning in both bedrooms, shower and warm blankets, we weren't cold hehe. It had everything we needed. The space of Júlio served us very well. We were in town for a seminar at UCS and we were able to walk every day. The apartment is very pleasant, comfortable beds with good bedding, blankets and towels. We use the kitchen only to make coffee and heat some food, but it seems to me that for those who need to cook it will serve very well. Service area also complete. Pleasant room with food table, sofa and TV. The bathrooms are gas-heated and just open well and wait for the water to get hot. Building with 24hs concierge, playground, quiet area, etc. In the surrounding area you can easily access to pharmacies and supermarkets. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs to stay in Caxias do Sul, especially if you go to work and/or need to access the university. As a suggestion, only the provision of a dish rack in the kitchen is available.

The stay was great, everything was great! We rented the house to spend a weekend with the family, with children, everyone loved it. The house was clean and with everything we needed. Silvia was also kind enough to leave some breakfast items. I highly recommend it!

Gustavo's place is great. Everything is clean, smellsy and organized. Despite the rainy days, we really enjoyed the indoor space, which is very cozy. The wood-burning stove warmed us and we prepared delicious food in it. The host was very helpful and always responded quickly. Loved it and will be back!!!

Everything as shown in the listing photos, a very clean, cozy, new, fragrant house, prepared with great care by the host. As for Jocemar: a wonderful person. Very polite, responds quickly and is very careful to make you feel at home. When we return to Caxias, we will certainly stay there again.

It was 5 months' stay and I have no words to thank for the receptivity. Super organized, clean and equipped apartment. He's exactly like in the pictures. And Dona Clari is the icing on the cake.
