Great accomodation with comfortable hot water shower and AC features. Also a large fridge and nicely equiped kitchen. Plus a living room space to sit back and relax. This budget-friendly stay is well worth the asking fee. Also has a gated parking space if you rent a vehicle, or you can park on the side of the street if you would prefer. A comfortable blanket is provided to cover the bed as well as nice large shower towels. We stayed our arrival night and our last night during our trip to Costa Rica, and drove to the south pacific side of the country. This unit is only 7 km from the airport (SJO) and is an easy commute. We very much recommend staying here for a short or extended stay. Great communication with property manager who allows single night stays, which is a rare find.

My friends and I (group of 8 ladies) stayed here for one night at the end of our girls trip vacation in Costa Rica. Lily’s house is absolutely gorgeous. We all had plenty of room and enjoyed our last day in CR. It is close enough to walk to a Fresh Market. The grounds keeper, Nery, was available for any of our questions and very helpful and friendly. It was very close to the airport. Loved our time there and we all wished we could have spent another day or two there to enjoy the beautiful house.

Pics match the house. Great area. good distance to airport. lots of restaurants at good distance. Volcano Irazu is about 1hr and half away. Fantastic adventure. noted to visit Costa ricas national parks, Volcano go to SINAC and get tickets before. The home felt like home and the manager of the house is Fantastic, nice, and informative about Costa Rica. I went with my family and we all enjoyed the space in the house a lot. Thank you

We stayed for a week in Yolanda’s place and had a wonderful experience. It was very easy to find, check in, and the garage space was convenient. Yolanda was very responsive and helpful whenever we reached out. The house is comfortable, clean, and has all you may need to prepare meals and relax indoors or on the patio. You’ll feel right at home! We enjoyed the proximity to the center of Heredia and found a mini market, bakery, and several restaurants just a block or two away. We even found a dog park for our small dog a short walk from the house. If you need an uber, they’ll arrive in minutes and are affordable. There is a fun little bar nearby which serves bocas (or small plates of food), a typical Costa Rican bar tradition. Next time we need to stay in Heredia or in the vicinity of San Jose, we will definitely choose Yolanda’s place.

Very Close to International TEFL Academy Costa Rica in Barva UNA's students (3.5km to U.) Nice place full of nature Very nice and safe place The location is lovely, a 15 minute walk into the town of Barva yet since the apartment is on the coffee farm it gives a rural escape. on the outskirts of small/ medium size town but it's only a 3-5 minute bus ride away. Plenty to see out there. the house is spotless, close enough to Barva centre yet in a quiet rural area surrounded by coffee fields.

Really the excellent attention and kindness of David, it goes far beyond his home and what he has to do. It was a great help for my trip to the beach, and he was attentive to my trip there. Really great help for everything and everything. Not to mention that the house is just like the photos, very welcoming and with many amenities. I was in touch for 5 months, to confirm my stay, and it was really worth it.
