A really lovely location to escape away to the beach for a weekend. Fantastic location with very easy stroll to the beach and local restaurants, etc - best bit is not only is it fantasticly close to everything you want, but it also just far enough away that you get to enjoy the peace and quiet away from the main strip. The hosts were fantastic and gave excellent instructions making it easy to find and simple to get in and keep secure, and really loved the 1pm check-in time. Thank you!

Honestly couldn’t fault our stay. Janette was very helpful with any questions we had and the location was perfect. Accommodation was clean and tidy and very spacious for two. Beach is literally across the road and morning coffee a 5 min walk, with a variety of restaurants and cafes a couple of mins by car. We were attending our sons graduation at Cerberus and found this to be a perfect location to attend the ceremony (25 min drive) and also enjoy the best of the Mornington Peninsula

We loved staying here. So close you could hear the waves at night. The short walks in the mornings to the beach was just wonderful. The house is very clean and a great place to stay and chill. We lived everything about the house, especially to kitchen. It had everything you could want to cook. If cooking is not what you want, there is a great selection of dining within a 5-10 min drive in any direction. We will definitely book again when we are next on the island. Thank you for being so responsive and having us. See you next time.

Had a comfortable stay at Phil’s place. Has everything we needed for our 2 night stay. The bed was really comfy! Would have loved a proper sink in the bathroom. The place is right opposite the beach, but you’ll need to walk across the busy road. It’s worth it for dramatic sunrise and sunset.

Sammy’s place was perfect to come and relax. 2 minute walk to the beach was a highlight and the quick walk to local shops was very handy. The house itself was cozy and clean, with plenty of space to accomodate all guests. Outside area was spacious and homey. 10/10 trip. Would 100% return to this house.

We had an amazing stay at this holiday house! The location is unbeatable, with just a short walk to what feels like your own private beach—truly breathtaking. The kitchen was well-stocked, making it easy to cook meals, and the pantry had everything we needed in terms of appliances, spices and condiments. It was also a lovely surprise to find amenities at the home for our dogs, which made the stay even more special. I loved Merelle’s stunning light filled and perfectly decorated mid century beach house and wish I could have stayed forever! It had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay from the well equipped and stocked kitchen to the comfortable chairs in the sitting room around the fireplace , canoes /kayaks and beach chairs , washing machine/dryer and old hills hoist and outdoor setting as well as a functional yard for our dog. She has incredible style from the beautiful linen to the retro furnishings and is very eco friendly and an absolute pleasure to deal with, responsive and friendly and very generous with early check in and late check out without even having to ask. And the area has so much to offer / so much to see and do on the Peninsula all within a half hour drive. I will be back for sure! Thank you Merelle 😁

Killy Dora was immaculately presented. The kitchen was well stocked, we wanted for nothing. Every room was clean and inviting. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of televisions to amuse multi aged families. There was a great set up for wheel chair access, a ramp for entry, great access to the kitchen/dining area, main bedroom and ensuite. If in an electric scooter style wheel chair, aid may need to be given when using the toilet as there is only a hand rail on one side of the toilet and the distance from the wall to the toilet is a little tight. But this will vary depending on the size of the wheel chair used and may not be an issue for everyone. The rear yard was a great size. Plenty of room for children to play, room to turn the car around and space for the dogs to run. The only issue we had was that the rear yard was not secure for medium to large dogs, so we had to be with our dog all of the time and could not have left her unattended in the yard. Easy walk to beach/trails

Barry’s place is exactly as pictured and has many comfy touches for a fantastic beach stay. The gardens are beautifully landscaped and the house itself is very comfortable with two bathrooms, a well stocked kitchen with quality cooking pans and everything you’ll need to easily self cater. We stayed during a very hot weekend and the west facing bedrooms were very warm, but the living room does have ac. The backyard is fenced for a dog (supervised) and great for little people and dogs to explore. Would love to stay again.

Nice place for staycation, cozy and feels like home. The location is very close to the beach and shopping center, easy to walk around the neighborhood. Angie is very nice and responsive, she prepared a guest guide book for the area which is very helpful. Definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a quick getaway from the city.

After a small hiccup checking in, Richard and the team were super quick to respond to us, and super helpful. The house was lovely and clean, with comfortable beds. Great location with easy beach access at the end of the court, with a great spot for swimming. Cowes only a short drive away. I wold be happy to book with Richard again!

We had an amazing two-night stay in Sorrento with our two young children and parents. The house was a perfect fit for our family—my kids loved the bunk beds, and my parents enjoyed their own private space. The large dining table comfortably fit everyone, and the outdoor play area, especially the boat, was a huge hit with the kids. Everything was clean, and towels were provided. One thing to note: there’s only one Aircon system in the living room, but each bedroom has a fan and heater, which worked perfectly for our fall visit. Cassie was a fantastic host—super responsive and helpful. The location is great, just a 5-minute drive from restaurants and shops. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Karen's place! it was compact, comfy and had everything we needed. Superb location, just around the corner from shops and cafes, short drive to the beaches (glorious sunsets), and a great place to launch out further afield. We enjoyed a Phillip Island Cruise, and the Peninsula Hot Springs. Karen was a warm and very responsive host, answering a few queries beforehand quickly and checking in that we'd arrived okay. Thanks Karen.
