The house is excellent, we had a small problem with the air-conditioning in the room but nothing that would affect our stay, otherwise everything was great, I just have one observation to make which is about the description of the ad, the house is not 200 meters from the beach, the condominium is, but it is 200 meters, I would just change that because I thought it would be like that, that we would be in a house 200 meters from everything, Victor is very nice.

I spent incredible days in this stay! The house is wonderful, with large rooms, excellent leisure area and very well-equipped. The beach inside the condo is a true paradise — quiet during the week and with good structure on weekends. Ideal for bathing and relaxing. The host was super receptive and helpful at all times, which made the experience even better. There was absolutely nothing that displeased us. I highly recommend it!

Giuseppe was very attentive and the accommodations corresponded to the advertised. My only recommendation is how the lighting outside the house (in access) could be more illuminated, the most WE LOVE the STAY!!!!

mr. Hélio's house exceeded my expectations, I loved every detail the whole house, has all items of house you need ,air conditioning all working, the house is literally 100m from the Sea the beach is very calm ideal for those with children... Ana and Alex ( who take care of everything) are wonderful , very attentive and Ana's food is wonderful . i'm sure my family and I will be back .

The space offered far exceeded our expectations. To those who are interested, we travel with our two pets, one large(German Shepherd) and the other medium-sized(SRD). The atmosphere is wide and our puppies enjoyed a lot. We travel as a family and we are already planning to return to the house of Mrs. Edna and Mr. Walter. Speaking of the hosts, we would like to thank each for their availability and attention from the beginning.

House is exactly the same as in the pictures, or even better. We felt at home. The house served us super well, all well equipped, everything very clean and fragrant. It is well located, very close to the sea, and we have some services very close by, such as a convenience, pharmacy and grocery store. Jorge was our homeowner and served us super well, very helpful and helpful. A tip I give is to hire the part of the services of Dona Lourdes, who was responsible for the organization of the house and the kitchen, a super friendly lady and a lot of good people, we love.. except that the foods she prepared for us were delicious, we recommend too much. All wonderful, we'll be back soon!

Sandra’s place was exactly what we needed. We were excited to kick back and relax and this house was perfect for that. Spacious rooms, plenty of bathrooms and we just felt right at home. There was easy access to the gorgeous Ipioca beach and to a beach club. The beach was clean, safe and not too busy. The Hibiscus Beach Club is amazing and the entrance being right there made all the difference.

Estadia with the best CustoxBenefício. As I went to work, I saw no problem with the location and surroundings. However, if it is turistar, it does not compensate for staying in the upper part of MCZ. Positive side: Pertinho do Aeroporto, Shopping Patio. Negative side: As it is a residential building, there will be noise. For the daily rate, it pays a lot.

We stayed at the house for 2 weeks and loved staying there, super quiet and very cozy place. The house has everything you need from bath towels to all kitchen utensils… a wonderful pool that my son woke up at 6 to get into the pool… Kaka the guy who takes care of the house is extremely attentive and dedicated to this house as if it were his! every time we needed help he always responded and was at the house in less than 1 hour! We love being in this house and we will certainly visit more often! Thank you Dona Cristina and Kaká, very dear and humble people.

extremely well cared for and cozy house, we felt at home. the house exactly matches the photos, and the host has met us beyond expectations by quickly resolving any doubts we had. casa has several leisure facilities to enjoy, with a children's and adult pool, a soccer field and a brand new gourmet outdoor area. The nearby and simply wonderful beaches, as well as several nearby clubs and restaurants in very good taste. we will definitely return and refer to friends and family.

The best-equipped house I've stayed in to date. Everything was impeccably wonderful. I have no words to describe this 100,000-star accommodation… I certainly recommend it. We went as a family of 7 adults and 2 children. They think of everything, including toys for the children, everything, including a beach chair and cooler. I could spend all day describing this house… I loved it

Exactly what we were looking for. A private place with easy access to the beach. Loved the house and decor. Great host.

Tenório was easy to communicate and their assistant was there to greet us at the check in with breakfast. The place is in a quiet location (exactly what we needed). The good taste applied to the house furnishing and design is a plus. We walked to the beach and enjoyed some peaceful time in Garça Torta. The kitchen is great for cooking and well equipped. The master bedroom has a hammock with a great view of the trees around the house.

My friends and I had a great weekend, the house is beautiful, very spacious, with several kitchen utensils, the beach is wonderful with many waves and the pool has a waterfall that is a differential. The rooms are very cozy and each has a bathroom with 2. However, a negative point would be privacy that has almost none on the ground floor, because sometimes someone would appear behind the house (homemade or swimming pool) since access is free to the pool, very low walls and it would be interesting if you had a list of contacts to make it easier for those who are gringo to find places to buy food. But the whole was amazing.

Vive incredible days on my first trip to Maceio- Alagoas, we were graced with the house of Camila and Junior that welcomed us so well, I felt at home every day! The house is exactly as in the photos, wide, cozy, all clean and with all the utensils necessary for everyday life. In addition, Camila has a perfect seafront kiosk very close to the house where we had incredible gastronomic experiences our 10/10 the breaded cheese and the cod cake. I recommend it to everyone who wants to get away from the routine and the rush of the routine go to Ipioca and stay at Camila's house! ❤️🙏🏼✈️🌊

Carolina is always attentive..Francisco un Genio giving us her attention...just the detail of the street..there is something to get in the truck or 4 x 4 .. they are about to asphalt..the day that that happens will be the perfect place to enjoy a paradise vacation

Excellent location, the condominium has direct access gate to the beach, the house is very comfortable, well equipped, organized and clean. Hostess Débora was attentive, friendly, always responding quickly and kindly. Great experience and recommend it.

The house is exactly as shown in the photos, lots of space, family atmosphere, Ademar is very helpful, attentive. It was an amazing weekend. We'll come back other times if God willing.
