This is a very nice and beautiful private annex/cottage. It looks new, is modern, stylish, spotless and quiet and has everything you need for a short stay. There is not much to do in the area though. A car can be parked right in front of the cottage. The toilet is on the ground floor and a shower is upstairs where the double bed is. A perfect place for a night over or for a few nights while visiting Orléans.

We enjoyed our stay at Romain's place. The appartment is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is well located so everything is within walking distance. We were able to store our bikes in a small shed out the back.

The title of Super Hotel is well deserved! Nice apartment, tastefully decorated, clean and very functional. Very peaceful environment, you can only hear the birds singing. We highly recommend, and will be back!!

Very nice accommodation. Tastefully decorated and clean. Comfortable bed. Despite the high heat, the accommodation was very cool. The terrace is a plus! You can't do better in terms of location! Close to all amenities. A little noisy at night on the alley side despite the closed window. Nevertheless, we recommend the accommodation 100%. We will definitely come back during a future stay in Orleans.

We stayed in this apartment with two kids for a week. The host was very responsive and was determined to help whenever we asked for. The parking in front of the apartment was easy and safe. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay away from home. The location of the property suited us very well since we could visit to several attractions(from the city Orleans to as far as Oradour-sur-Glane) around the region. Overall, we have a very positive experience at the Janminh’s tidy apartment.
