In villa 200m altitude with heated pool: small independent bungalow in garden (master bedroom, double bed, shower room, outdoor kitchen). Convenience stores at less than 10 min walking. Saint-Paul center 20 min by car and beaches 30 min. Public transportation possible but complicated.
