we had a lovely stay at Sylvain's. the accommodation is very nice and as described. the terrace is a plus that we were able to enjoy for lunch.

the quality of the home is matched by Julie's sympathy! But I promised that I would put a bad review something promised due: the front door does not open in the same direction as my home! that's serious right? 😁 sorry I couldn't find anything better

The accommodation is charming, extremely functional and conveniently located. Lisa and Maxence were very responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend it!

Very well located accommodation (everything is within walking distance, even the memorial just a 30-minute walk away), very well appointed and equipped. Very accommodating host to allow a check-in according to our desire. Please note bath towels included in the rental, which I had not seen when booking. I recommend it without hesitating!!

Very well appointed, convenient studio, many amenities and dishes. Parking place, sunny balcony in the evening and elevator a very nice plus. Quiet and pleasant place. Responsive host and very clear explanations. A place to remember to come back.

Very pleasant and well-furnished apartment, very close to the train station and close to the port.

We enjoyed our weekend, the accommodation is nice and very quiet, very well equipped, comfortable bedding. The proximity to the center of Caen is a 5-minute walk away. For parking our car, we opted for booking on Onepark for the duration of our stay in the parking lot of the city hall which is a 7-minute walk away. We'll definitely come back 🙂

We had a great weekend at the place. It is close to a bar, restaurant and convenience store on foot, while being in a very quiet alley. It is ideally located between Mont St. Michel and the landing beaches! We had a problem and the hosts were very responsive. Thanks to them!! The little extra that makes the difference: the jacuzzi to relax after a good day of sightseeing.

We spent two days in the accommodation. It was clean and functional. The only small downside is that you have to walk at least 500 m with a suitcase to get to the accommodation. Otherwise, it's true to the description. Have a good trip.
