Zeer vriendelijke mensen! Mooi appartement, zwembad en super grote tuin. Mijn jongens konden lekker voetballen. Wij hebben super genoten van het lekkere ontbijt.

Très bel appartement très lumineux, très propre et très bien équipé. Photos fidèles à la description. Hôte réactif, facile à joindre et réponses rapides. Appartement très bien placé car lignes de bus à proximité et tram très facile d'accès. Nous recommandons vivement l'appartement de Maria pour un séjour à Bruxelles de courte ou de longue durée. Nous la remercions vivement pour tout.

Je ne peux que recommander le logement de Hans, déjà s était une personne très réactive,le logement est entouré de tout ce que souhaitait visiter, on a tout fait a pieds, et la cerise sur le gâteau était quand il nous a laissé le logement Jusqu'à 15h30, franchement rien à dire. si ce sera à refaire on reviendra chez lui sans hésitation. De ruimte is ruim en ziet er uit zoals geadverteerd. We waren met 7 personen en hadden genoeg ruimte om ieder ons eigen ding te kunnen doen zonder elkaar in de weg te zitten, maar ook om gezellig samen te eten. Op loop afstand zitten allerlei winkel waar Laurent je precies de route naar de leukste kan wijzen. Laurent is een erg vriendelijke en goedlachse man, hij vind het leuk om je tips te geven over de omgeving. Verder reageert hij snel en is erg flexibel in aankomst en vertrek tijden. Al met all een hele fijn tijd gehad in zijn airbnb.

Super fijn verblijf! Zeer schoon en netjes. Prachtige sauna. Goede locatie. Flora was erg behulpzaam. Een puntje van aandacht is de douchekop die nergens aan kon hangen. Verder hebben we met onze kinderen genoten van het appartement.

De woning is heel licht en ruim. Nog meer dan je door de foto's zou verwachten. De omgeving is rustig en toch heel dicht bij het centrum. Munire is heel aardig en behulpzaam. We voelden ons meer dan welkom. En bonus was dat er 2 lieve katten in huis waren. Ik voelde mij er erg thuis.

Todo tal como se ve en el anuncio. Muy buena relación precio/calidad considerando la zona donde se encuentra (en general es una zona cara pero el departamento es amplio y a buen precio, con todo lo que se necesita para una estancia agradable)

Perfect location with excellent restaurants throughout the neighborhood and easy walking distance to the Grand Place, museums etc… if walking isn’t your thing, public transit is readily available. Flat is exactly as listed. Christophe was very proactive with information and ensured our arrival went smooth. An absolutely stunning flat. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay, lovely place and it was much bigger than it was in the photos. Close to many restaurants and cafes. Would 100% stay again we loved it !

Michel's accommodation was very welcoming. I was impressed by how spacious it was. It's very close to the city center—within walking distance—and there’s also easy access to public transportation just a few blocks away. I would definitely stay here again.

Le logement d’Astghik est fidèle au photo. Il est très bien agencé et décoré avec soin. Le quartier est très paisible. Je vous recommande ce logement si vous êtes de passage sur Bruxelles.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem gemütlichen Zimmer von Julien. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut in Ixelles gelegen, in der Nähe vieler guter Restaurants und Cafés. Julien gab uns auch ein paar Tipps. Das Zimmer war ruhig und das Bett sehr bequem! Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir das nächste Mal in Brüssel sind!

Le logement proposé est assez grand. La maison est nickel. Sonia est très prévenante et m'a mis à mon aise des mon arrivée. Elle m'a trouvé des solutions. Je recommande.

We were a group of 9 people. We had an absolute BALL at Casaflows establishment. The house was utterly stunning and had even more wow factor than the images. The accommodation is just a 5 minute walk away from the metro service so easily accessible for the city centre. The accommodation was comfortable, very clean and worth the price. The check in was rather late however due to the easy city links this wasn’t much of an issue. I must say, one thing that isn’t on the listing is that you have the be quiet by 9pm which wasn’t an issue for us but must be something to think about. The neighbourhood for the accommodation was quiet and friendly with lots of pubs and eateries within walking distance and a super market less than a 5 minute walk. The team were very very responsive and helpful with whatever we needed. The team were kind and really made us feel at home. We all felt right and home here in Brussels and we were very sad to leave! We couldn’t recommend this house enough!

We had a lovely stay at the house, it is beautifully furnished and appointed with great taste. There was everything we could possibly need for our stay. It is conveniently located, not too close to the city centre but only a very short walk from Abbaye tram stop which goes straight to the centre, or to change trams and go to the European quarter. There is a supermarket close by as well, and park areas to walk around. The house is quiet and comfortable, and provides plenty for space for a family or group, provided you don't mind stairs! It would have been fascinating to have had some information provided on the history of the building and neighbouring properties, as I am sure it has quite a story to tell. Many thanks, Alexandra!

Excellent accueil dans ce logement bien situé, au calme, avec une grande facilité pour prendre les transports en communs. De plus, il est très agréable avec beaucoup de goût. Monica l'hôte, très sympathique et souriante est aux petits soins, soucieuse de mon bien être entant que client, n'hésitant pas à conseiller...en tout cas un accueil parfait! La chambre est très agréable avec une literie au top, une propreté irréprochable. Une cuisine bien équipée et bien propre , du café gratuit et a volonté . J'ai passé un très bon séjour et je n'hésite pas à le recommander! Tout était parfait ! Ne changez rien et bonne continuation a vous Monica ! "
