Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Flemington

This was our second stay with Ben and Murray. The location is amazing, the apartment is clean, and quiet, even though you’re so close to the bustle of South Yarra. We always have such a good night’s sleep! Ben and Murray are helpful and respond very quickly to any communication, and we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else when we visit Melbourne.

Great place to stay and a great area, close enough to the city, whilst offering more peaceful surroundings. Close to public transport and other amenities. Carmen was a great host and always responsive. Check in was easy and the place was comfortable, what more could you ask for :)

Sarah’s place is a good find. Conveniently located near downtown Melbourne. She was very responsive. Incredible views of downtown Melbourne from her place. You have to pick up the key from a local grocery store (which worked fine) and there is only one key, but overall the stay was great. Excellent swimming pool and gym. Recommend staying here! Good value!

Great little spot with a reasonable price tag. The aircon was a saviour in the 35 degree heat that I arrived in, then when it dropped to 17 degrees the next day (classic Melbourne weather) the heat light in the bathroom was appreciated. Comfy mattress, all the essentials (I even used the iron/ironing board). The cafe directly across the road were super friendly and delicious too (Duke of Grantham).

We had an amazing stay here! The apartment is situated on a high floor, offering breathtaking views of the Melbourne skyline. We were even lucky enough to catch hot air balloons drifting over the city in the early morning — such a magical experience! The location couldn’t be better — just steps from a Free Tram Zone stop, which made getting around the city incredibly easy and convenient. The apartment itself was spotless, stylish, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Early check-in was offered when available, which was a huge relief after a long trip. We also appreciated being able to store our luggage after checkout, giving us more time to explore the city without worry. The free parking was a major perk, especially in central Melbourne where parking can be a challenge. Our host was outstanding — friendly, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and memorable

My second time staying at Kate's place. Met Kate before checking-in and had a pleasant conversation over a cuppa before checking-in. Her place is super convenient and the tram is literally at the doorstep. No noise from road. Very cosy. My go-to place now when I'm in Melbourne. Thanks Kate!! :)

We had a great stay here. Rooms are nice and cozy. Cute balcony lights and nice kitchen. Love the decoration and design of this house. Brendan and Lisa were very responsive and helpful. Definitely worth the money. Will come back again

We had a great stay at Brunswick cottage. Great location close to both the airport and city. Greg is such a lovely host and even provided bread, milk, wine and a lovely selection of breakfast cereal and yoghurt. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need!! We had a fabulous stay and highly recommend. Thank you !!!

Tam was extremely helpful and responsive to my questions. The place was very clean and had individual aircon control rather than a central unit, which is good if you are travelling in a large group. Highly recommended.

Such a beautiful spot to stay at if you’re looking to feel relaxed and at home after a day exploring, or even just to enjoy the home itself! Our family of 5 had a great stay at Graci's home in Port Melbourne. Lots of space, great amenities, quiet location, close to amenities. We would definitely stay again.

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay. Mark met us at the home and showed us around which was so helpful. He was super friendly and we felt comfortable chatting with him. We really enjoyed relaxing in the spa with some wine and enjoying a movie in bed. It’s was really nice not to have kids around for a night. My wife and I had great 5 day stay. Amanda was a great host and clear with her instructions. The unit is in a fantastic position, ultra quiet and close to all you need to do in Melbourne without the hustle and bustle of staying in the CBD. A great stay, just on the edge of China town, the food in the area is incredible. Aside from endless food and drink the stay itself was perfect. A great space, the photos of the place honestly don’t do it justice. Having a night in the high rise with the city views is just a good time all around. Grantley, was incredibly responsive and was flexible when we needed something. We would stay here again without thought. Truly sad to have to check out! Till next time.
