Electric car charging box is also available at a cost per kilowatt hour. Most of the lighting is dimmable. A patio on a covered porch is available.

A ten minute walk will take you to the center of Trångsund with grocery store, pharmacy, kiosk, dry cleaning, shoe maker and simpler restaurants. In the same amount of time, you go to the nearest swimming area or liked the cafe and restaurant Villa Printz. The cabin is located right at the edge of the forest, adjacent to a hiking trail. The apartment is in the basement of our classical villa from 1942 in peaceful area with a big garden and barbeque possibilities. 10 min by car to Södermalm, 15 min to city center with t-bana from Skarpnäck or Skogskyrkogården .
