This 130 years old cottage is about 90 m2. It's modern, however furnished in a way to give a cosy atmosphere. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

En tio minuters promenad tar er till Trångsunds centrum med mataffär, apotek, kiosk, kemtvätt, skomakare och enklare restauranger. På lika lång tid går ni till närmsta badplats eller omtyckta caféet och restaurangen Villa Printz. Stugan ligger precis vid skogsbrynet, intill en vandringsled. Härifrån hör du hackspettar och andra fåglar och i gryningen tassar såväl räv som rådjur och harar ofta förbi.

Buss till Huddinge C ca 10 min, därefter ca en kvart med pendeltåg till Stockholm. Buss till Södertörns högskola/Karolinska/Flemingsberg 10 min.

Your own private stylish apartment in my house, located in Tallkrogen/Enskede only 15 min on the metro from central Stockholm. Parking available right outside. I just had this beautiful apartment build and everything is brand new. Two rooms: a private bedroom with a queen size bed for two, and a living room with a full kitchen. The living room has a sofa that converts to a full-size bed that sleeps two more people.
