853 is hands down my favorite ABNB I've ever stayed in. John was great at communicating check in details, security of a gated, gorgeous, wealthy community. just steps to private beaches, 2 private pools w/water perfect temps, one is a "quiet" pool which was great for us since we had no kids. if you have kids, the other pool was perfect, with a kiddie pool and a splash pad. 853 is right next to the elevator which was a huge+ 853 was immaculate and furnished with everything we needed to feel right at home and also stocked with everything we needed for the beach. The perfect size for our Girls trip w/5 women. The AC is ice cold. Top of the line appliances including washer and dryer. The huge patio with a million$ view of the sunrise and dolphins in the mornings. I can not think of anything to complain about. the only thing remotely close to an issue was that the slider to the patio was so clean and clear that I think we all kept running into it thinking it was open haha. It's a beautiful area and we enjoyed walking around with our dog. Everyone was very friendly.

We loved staying at Kevin’s beach home in beautiful Ormond by the Sea. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, a quick walk to the beach and was enjoyed by my husband and me, our children and grandchildren. It was a beautiful home for us all to get together and enjoy the beach, putt-putt and visiting with family!

This is an excellent place to stay. There is plenty of room for our family of five (all adult sized). It is a clean and comfy condo......we feel very much at home. The kitchen is very well stocked. Sue responds quickly to messages, is very kind & helpful, and gave me great information about the area. We would not hesitate to rent this condo ......or any others that Sue has ..... in the future. As a matter of fact, we rented from her last year. When this one popped up while I was searching for an available place, I was very pleased to see that it was hers. That was an important factor in our decision. The view of the beach & ocean is beautiful with amazing sunrises! Seriously, there is a lot of dolphin activity ..... we are pretty sure we saw a whale out there one evening, too! It is obvious that Sue truly strives to be sure her condo is an inviting place to spend your vacation. I would not hesitate to recommend one of Sue’s vacation homes to family and friends.

From the moment we requested to stay until we checked out, the warm welcome and communication with Gregg has been top-notch. We arrived to his home to be greeted by the host and his wonderful family, as they were headed out (I'm guessing a rare opportunity to actually meet in person), and received nothing but a warm welcome and invite! The house was very clean, perfectly decorated for the beachy atmosphere. Everything we needed was right there. Instructions were as clear as can be, he checked in a couple of times to ensure our stay was comfortable and to see if we needed anything. Gregg was not only a very welcoming and accommodating host, but instantly felt like a friend. (Of course being a native (former) Wisconsinite myself, we definitely have that in common! We had a great experience and highly recommend the Flagler Beach House. Oh, did I mention that the ocean is literally RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET!!! Just Beautiful!!! Thank you for everything, Gregg!

This house is absolutely amazing! Everything you could think of was provided. The beach equipment was great! everything you needed. Chairs, surf boards, tents, boogie boards. Our new favorite house. clean easy beach access. Beautiful!

We really enjoyed our stay. Love the natural habitat watching the Tortoise. The view of ocean was beautiful. Very relaxing will definitely recommend.

I couldn’t say enough good things about this place! Andres was the best host we’ve ever had, and was so kind and responsive! Great location, you can easily walk right across to the beach access. Clean room, and super cute. We esp loved the patio area for our little pupper. Can’t wait to come back!

We are so thankful to have found Stacey’s place during our stay over the holidays. My father is receiving cancer treatment, and it was the perfect home for me and my family to make quality memories. Stacey was thoughtful, considerate, and flexible with us and we appreciate her generosity so much. A beautiful, peaceful home within walking distance to the beach…what more could you ask for? A great place to stay in Ormond Beach!

Love this place. We make a yearly trip to Daytona for a music festival and this was our second time booking with Matt. Matt is a great host and the house is perfect for me and my friends. Will be in touch about booking for next year's festival when details emerge.

On a great, private beach. We actually had the beach to ourselves most of the time. We had a wagon, so it was an easy walk with all of our beach gear. Plenty of space for all of us!

Erin’s place was immaculate, featuring a fully equipped kitchen that made it feel just like home. She thought of everything, providing thoughtful extras that enhanced our stay and created a truly stress-free and enjoyable retreat. We appreciated the abundance of extra blankets and pillows, several beach towels, and pantry essentials like condiments, cooking oil, sugar, coffee, tea, and spices. Erin also supplied paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and plenty of cleaning products. We loved the use of cotton napkins to reduce waste and enjoyed the vibrant Fiesta dinnerware. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, the landscaping offered us privacy to fully enjoy the lanai and pool. Erin was responsive to all my questions, making our stay even more pleasant. I highly recommend staying here for a relaxing getaway!

Absolutely loved our stay at Karen’s place! It was comfortable and clean. I enjoyed the ocean views everyday. It was a great location and quiet stay. I will be back for certain.

Norma’s place was immaculate and everything was pristine. She was very accommodating with a late check in as a result of a late flight arrival. The location is a perfect combination of privacy, beauty and within proximity of restaurants and other needs. I would strongly recommend this location!

Helene & Catheryne's place was great! Their top floor condo that is directly on the beach has a spectacular view of the ocean. We spent a few hours sitting outside on the covered balcony enjoying the ocean breezes. The condo was very quiet inside, and the plantation shutters enable you to adjust how much light you want. The king-size bed was super-comfortable and the kitchen well-equipped with both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. They were always responsive and helpful. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect location for the short walk to the beach and nice quiet neighborhood to walk around in. The seating area out by the pool was nice to relax in as well. Plenty of towels and we had everything we needed for the week. Would love to come back again some time!

We booked Roland's place because of the private pool. We have young kids and the hope was for all of us to have some fun for spring break and the kids get practice swimming, so a lot rested on the pool. It did not disappoint. The pool is clean, large (the right size for a family), and as described. It is heated, which was clutch and allowed us to use it for our final days when the whether got down to the low 70s. It is covered by a lanai, as well as surrounded by a safety fence. That and nearby Publix and we were basically set for the 5 nights. There is a grill, subscriptions on the smart TVs throughout the house, a few toys, plus ping pong and fussball. We went to Jungle Park Beach, which was just under 10 minutes away, which was nice as well. If I was looking for something to complain about the beds weren't the most comfortable (though we slept quite well), the kitchen could maybe use a deeper clean and was not greatly functional (microwave by sink). In all great place!!
