Vacation rentals in Fjær

It was the perfect base camp. We felt like we were at home and could drive to any hikes or villages nearby. The rooms were clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped; we enjoyed cooking there. We also had a great time kayaking on the lake. Lisa responded immediately. If we had any problems, she sent us help, and we felt in good hands. All in all, we had an amazing time and were amazed by the aurora borealis right above our heads at the house.

Tor is the best host because he us thoughtful, helpful, and caring. Our family loved our snow days in his home because it was warm, cozy, and felt like home. Tor provided some fish he caught from the fjord for us to have and it was wonderful. This is the best overall stay my family has had in 4 international vacations. We hope to return for summer. We all slept so well in the cozy beds. The views were unbelievable. We enjoyed playing cards and chess. Kitchen is very well stocked and grocery store is 10 minutes away. HIGHLY recommend Tor and his summer home.

A dream place to live forever

Easy check-in and very helpful host. Linn responded quickly and kindly to questions. We were able to postpone checkout for quite a long time without costing us anything at all. This was our favorite place we stayed while on our trip to Norway. We wish we could have stayed a few more days. The loft is spacious, had plenty of places to sleep for our family of 6, loved having two bathrooms, and the open kitchen/ family area was perfect. Note that there are two bedrooms on the main level and two loft bedrooms that require climbing ladders. Our teenagers were fine climbing up and down. There were plenty of plates, cups, and utensils. Communication with our host was wonderful and it was so nice that we got to meet Susanne. Probably the best thing about this property is the location. The area is beautiful and we loved being by the water. Renting kayaks was a must and using the sauna was great. We were only two hours from Å, so we had plenty of time to explore a lot of the Lofoten islands. And there was no cleanup required upon check out. 10/10 for this awesome rental.

We had an amazing time with this host! Communication was smooth and efficient throughout, and the cooperation worked perfectly fine. The host was very accommodating, flexible, and did his best to accommodate us. The accommodation was clean, well equipped and just as described. We greatly appreciate the great service and hope to be able to work together again in the future. Highly recommended!
