Good treatment and the house is beautiful

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Arpino at Wednesday! The cottage is so cozy and tastefully decorated, the view is priceless. We completely relaxed here and enjoyed it to the fullest! Arpino itself is also a nice charming village and everyone is friendly. Wednesday had good tips for the surroundings! We highly recommend it! :-)

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed into Sylvia's beautiful family. They were a delight, making sure I had everything I needed, was fed and comfortable. Although it was a studio room, it was very large, so I did not feel at all that I was in my bedroom all the time. There was beautiful Italian linen on the bed, and lovely hangings at the window. There was a screen on both the door and the window so I could have the window open at night without those dreaded mossies coming in. The views from the studio are stunning and I loved having my morning coffee in the chair outside my door, with the donkeys and dog keeping me company. Their own olive oil in the kitchen was a real treat. I took advantage of both Sylvias airport pickup and her fathers tour round the old town...so wonderful to see. The drive is very steep, but walkable, but I never wanted to leave. It was magical and I loved my stay. I had come specifically to work and there was a good table and great wifi connection.

We loved our stay in Civitella Roveto. The place is very cute, with a wonderful view, and has everything you could possibly need. Our hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, really wonderful people. The town is in beautiful, peaceful surroundings, with easy access to larger cities nearby and Rome, and has many shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back again!

Beautiful accommodation! It was an excellent experience. The apartment has amenities and hotel details that add quality and warmth to the stay. The view of the lake is very beautiful. It's on a quiet street, it's a very nice area for walking, and there are supermarkets and shops a few blocks away. Highly recommended to stay in a quiet environment away from the chaos of the city. The nicest place I’ve ever stayed

Anagni is a beautiful town and this apartment is a great base to explore it! It is among quiet streets, close to cafes and restaurants and also close to beautiful views over the hills around Anagni. What a magical place to visit!

Great apartment, and easy to walk to a lot of the neighborhood restaurants. The host was very easy to work with and responded in a timely manner!

Highly recommend! Pietro and the team were very helpful. If you have the option to book some of the tours and experiences through Skylife it will make your trip!

If the location fits the schedule, I would highly recommend it. It takes about 15-20 minutes on foot to the Vatican tour site. The advantage is that it is very clean. In fact, if you go to a European Airbnb, even if it is clean, there are parts that are different from Korean culture, so you often experience private inconvenience in living (such as no towel rack, only a sunflower shower, and no shelf to put shampoo or body wash on). But this place was the most perfect of the 4 Airbnbs I've stayed in Italy. I really recommend it if the location fits your schedule. The disadvantage is that it's on the 4th floor of a building without an elevator (from the ground floor, so it's actually the 5th floor). Fortunately, the stairs aren't steep or sagging, so you just need to exert a little effort.

We absolutely loved loved loved this space! It was stunning inside with a gorgeous patio and surrounded by all the fun of Trastevere. I was amazed that with all the fun and noise in the neighborhood, it was tranquil and peaceful inside the apartment! We slept so well. Cannot wait to come back and have an amazing stay!

I stayed in this charming and character-filled room that blends rustic elegance with modern comfort. The exposed stone walls and wooden ceiling beams give it a warm, authentic atmosphere, and the space was exactly as pictured. The room was clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, including a spacious bathroom with a great shower and thoughtful touches like fresh towels and soaps. There were lovely vintage details throughout, from the lace-trimmed tables to the antique-style mirror and rotary phone. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the soft lighting and skylights that added a romantic touch. It’s a quiet and peaceful spot — perfect for couples or solo travelers who appreciate historic charm with modern amenities. Would absolutely stay again!

Very great location. Lots of stairs pack light. Not the cleanest. Organized but not clean, floors were not mopped. Kitchen was not cleaned. Oven was very dirty. Needs new appliances. For the price we were expecting better. Was very responsive, allowed us to get more towels. Towels were clean!! We were able to drop off luggage earlier! But no later checkout even 30 min. Cleaning lady was at our door @ 10am. And owner calling at 10:15 to get out.

A perfect solution for those looking for tranquility and relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The apartment in question enjoys a privileged view of Lake Nemi, not to be missed is the fantastic sunset and why not, perhaps accompanied by a good glass of wine. Using the directions provided by Fabrizio, it was very easy to get to the accommodation, you just have to try it. Thank you for your experience.

If we could give more than 5 stars we would. Guido’s place was perfect for our 5 nights stay. It was very cosy, perfectly clean and tidy and we loved spending time on the balcony. Guido was a genuine and kind host with fantastic communication taking time to make sure any language barrier was not an issue. When he welcomed us, he provided clear instructions and showed us all the facilities in the apartment which included everything we could need making sure we were ready to relax and explore straight away. We would’ve hesitate to rent any accommodation offered by this host in the future.

The experience in Rome was wonderful, made special also by the opportunity to stay in a very refined apartment, furnished with attention to detail. The description shows a bedroom, but the second accommodation is in the living room with a sofa bed and a door, so it's as if there were practically two rooms... to our great pleasure! The area is beautiful, nice to walk and reach the Vatican, great restaurants. Thanks Paola, we'll be back!

My mom had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly kind and accommodating—she felt very welcomed from the start. Everything was explained clearly, which made her stay easy and comfortable. The location was also perfect, close to everything she needed. Overall, the hosts were truly lovely and made her feel right at home. We’re very grateful and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Beautiful apartment, well appointed with everything needed for our 7 day stay. Great location, walked to Pantheon, Trevi Fountain,Colosseum, Forum, and Capitoline Museums. Taxi Stand 200 meters from apartment ( Vatican & Museums) Many cafes’ and eateries and shops. Mergarita was most helpful in dining recommendations and even found us a reservation for a Mother’s Day dinner on short notice! The best experience!

This was an OUTSTANDING stay, and I cannot wait to come back!!! After staying here, I will never stay in a different area when returning. The apartment was absolutely pristine. Very luxurious and quiet, yet right in the center of the Roma experience!!! I definitely hope to return! I couldn’t have loved it more. We were also fortunate enough to get early check-in! Lovely room, perfect for us, great location. Plenty of restaurants and places to go around the area and walking distance of anywhere you want to go in Rome really. Really comfortable bed and jacuzzi was a lively feature to have in the bedroom. The view from the apartment is beautiful especially at sunset.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Erika's property. The accommodations were lovely, and I had a fantastic time. There are numerous restaurants nearby, along with an excellent selection of gelato shops. Everything is easily walkable, and if you prefer, a short Uber ride of about 10 minutes can take you to most major attractions. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a quiet and peaceful getaway.

The apartment was incredible, the host was also very helpful and very responsive. The apartment is decorated perfectly and is very spacious inside. It is a walkable distance to lots of restaurants and the city centre. Would definitely recommend and would 100% return and stay again we all loved our visit.

Fabrizio was amazing! So kind and full of great info about the history or Rome and locations to see. The place is exactly as described, so believe it when he says it is small. It was perfect for the 2 of us and the outside rooftop patio was brilliant.
