Apartment vacation rentals in Fiuggi

Abbiamo soggiornato per 5 giorni in 3 ragazze di Roma e Napoli in occasione di un meeting di lavoro in smartworking, ognuna aveva la sua privacy in casa con le 3 camere da letto, buona connessione wifi e grazie alla sua posizione centrale a Terracina, non abbiamo avuto problemi per uscire a pranzo o cena a mangiare tra ristoranti o pizzerie (ottima quella di Giu Giu’ giusto fronte casa). Supermercato e spiaggia a meno di 2 min a piedi. Splendida terrazza vista mare per la colazione. Comodo il parcheggio riservato e box auto proprio sotto casa. Cucina fornita di tutto anche se non abbiamo mai cucinato. Grazie ancora a Marco per la sua disponibilita’ e cortesia con suggerimenti della zona, non ultimo il suo Centro storico e Cattedrale.

Eine sehr stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in einem sehr angenehmen Viertel. Wunderbar ruhige Umgebung, eine ideale Ausgangspunkt, um Rom zu erobern und zu erkunden. Wir werden die Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter empfehlen.

Our stay was awesome! I showed up before my brother and his wife, finding the place was easy and check in was very simple. My brother and his wife’s luggage was lost and they recommended a couple places to go to get some clothes to get them over until then. We also didn’t have adapters and asked and guess what they had exactly what we needed. The hospitality was great . The kitchen had everything we needed . We were even able to do laundry! Being on a main road thought it would be loud but as soon as you close the windows to the balcony it’s very quiet inside! 10 out of 10 would recommend and definitely will stay here next time I come through Rome ! Great hosts !! Very responsive!

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment! It’s even more spacious than it looks in the photos. Perfect for a group of friends. There are so many charming and fun little details, like the disco ball, that added a special touch to the atmosphere. The kitchen was very well equipped and everything was super clean. We loved the beautiful view from the balcony and communication with the host was smooth and friendly. All in all, we had an amazing time and would definitely come back!

Gianluca was great, good communication and made us feel at home. He was even flexible with the check out time which was much appreciated. We paid €7 to park in his garage on site, otherwise there’s no direct parking outside, you have to park in the square a short walk away.

Nous avons été très bien accueillit et les explications ont été très claire. Nous avons pu interagir facilement ensemble à l’arrivée comme durant le séjour si nécessaire. L’appartement était conforme à sa description, propre et situé à côté de la gare ce qui permettait un accès facile au centre-ville. Nous avons été ravi de ce séjour et de la gentillesse de notre hôte.

Très bon séjour dans l'appartement de Christine & Emanuele. L'appartement est très bien fourni, les volumes sont agréables et l'hôte est réactif. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Super nice host and super accommodating. Extremely clean and modern apartment with everything you need. Very close to the beach. Easy access by car (no difficult driving through narrow old town). We enjoyed our stay a lot and felt very at home. A nice extra is the very comfy bed and that we could wash our clothes in the laundry room. The host was very attentive and helpful. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is close to the metro leading into Rome. There are great restaurants, cafes and gelaterias near by. Out only "remark" is that the kitchen is not fully equipped. There are no knifes, cuttingboards ect. for food preparation.

Riccardo and Irene have been incredibly helpful and responsive. The place was comfy, tidy and clean. Public transports were nearby and connections were easy.

Abbiamo scelto questo appartamento per la nostra breve vacanza a Roma. Stefania è un host super amichevole ed è sempre stata attiva nelle nostre domande o richieste. La casa era come descritta in foto ed era stra pulita ed ordinata. Sicuramente lo terremo in considerazione come struttura per una nostra prossima visita nella capitale.

Margherita est une hôte bienveillante et très attentionnée. Elle a pris la peine de nous accueillir et est s'est rendue disponible lorsque nous avions besoin de son aide. Le logement est fidèle à la description et son emplacement permet de faire de nombreuses visites à pied.

Toplocatie! Foto’s komen overeen met de werkelijkheid. Prachtig dakterras. Mooie ruimtes, schoon en goede communicatie. We werden netjes ontvangen, goede uitleg en tussendoor ook goed contact (ook als je een praktische vraag had over opruimen van afval). Dikke aanrader dus!

We loved staying in Anna’s bright and airy apartment. It was exactly as shown in photos with tasteful decor and unusual touches like a workout mat, meditation cushions and a piano, all of which we enjoyed. Very well equipped kitchen. The apartment is close to interesting historical sites, beautiful parks and the lively Garbatella neighborhood. We’ve visited Rome many times over the years, so spent most of our time in the area of the apartment. If you’re up for it, the walk to the center is long (a bit over an hour) but interesting and easy to navigate.

A Sabrina é uma excelente anfitriã. Excelente comunicação e sempre disponível em ajudar. A localização é o único ponto baixo, pois se quisessemos desfrutar o centro de Roma até mais tarde (noite) o transporte era difícil e ao fim de um dia a passear ainda nos esperava um longo caminho.

This apartment was a fantastic find! The space was immaculately clean and had all the comforts needed for a pleasant stay. The furnishings were comfortable, making it easy to relax and feel at home. The host was attentive and helpful throughout my visit, always responsive when needed. Overall, a great experience that I would highly recommend to other travelers looking for a clean, comfortable place with excellent hosting.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Soggiorno perfetto! Alessandro è una persona molto attenta e sempre disponibile in chat, pronto a venire incontro a qualsiasi esigenza. Il check-in è stato super flessibile e comodo. La casa è pulita, ben tenuta, arredata con gusto e molto accogliente. Esperienza perfetta, consigliatissima!

Thanks for having us Cristina! Great and luxurious place. Very responsive host that sends really helpful video instructions and local recommendations up front. She cleaned the home a day earlier than usual, so we could check in early morning (in stead of 14:00). Also reached out to us half way our stay to ask if we needed anything. Would recommend!

Tudo maravilhoso, nos sentimos em casa, ótima localidade rapidinho a gente chegava no coliseu e restaurantes!!

Es war ausgezeichnet! Wir haben uns mega wohl gefühlt und konnten den Rom Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen. Mit uns wurde gut kommuniziert und die Lage des airbnbs war super, da es etwas außerhalb mit Nähe zum Bahnhof und Kolosseum gelegen ist. Das Wasser in der Wohnung empfanden wir als nicht trinkbar, da unsere Flaschen nach kurzer Zeit gestunken haben und das Badezimmer sollte auch regelmäßig gelüfetet werden. Bei so einem alten Haus aber gar nicht schlimm. Der Aufzug ist sehr praktisch, allerdings sehr klein. Da bleibt wenig Platz, wenn man sein Gepäck dabei hat ;-) Danke für alles <3

The place was very nice and clean. The host’s father greeted us, showed us the area and lead us in. The place was 40 minutes away from the city center, which became cumbersome with the metro being full most of the time (not the host’s fault, of course). Overall a great experience!

I very much enjoyed my stay in Rome at Tiziana's appartment. The appartment is modern and well furnished. It is conveniently located near Tiburtina station, and at the same time, the area is very quiet and suitable for longer stays in particular. The host was very pleasant and communicative. If I return to Rome I would opt to stay there again.

Lover’s Nest è il luogo perfetto se si vuole trascorrere momenti di relax e intimità. L’host è gentile, disponibile e soprattutto rapido nel rispondere ai messaggi durante il soggiorno. Il check-in e il check-out vengono effettuati in autonomia con flessibilità sugli orari, cosa che ho apprezzato molto, la zona è ben fornita di supermercati, farmacie e varie attività di ristorazione (sushi, pizza, cinese ecc.), l’alloggio è molto pulito con tutto l’essenziale per qualsiasi esigenza e soprattutto è curato tutto nei minimi dettagli con particolari attenzioni verso l’ospite che solo raramente ho trovato in altre strutture. Molto carina e originale l’idea del palo da Poledance e i vari kit messi a disposizione gratuitamente per potersi divertire con il/la proprio/a partente (possibilità di acquistare anche un nuovo kit in loco e altri giochi) inoltre è presente anche un lettino massaggi con possibilità di prenotare su richiesta un trattamento corpo professionale. Tornerò sicuramente!
