A newly built house in the countryside, large apartment upper floor of 140 sqm with open floor plan. The house is located on a farm with the forest behind the corner and a large garden with lawn. The apartment has all the amenities such as fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with toilet/shower and washing machine. 4 beds (double bed+sofa bed) If there are more of you in the group, there is room for an inflatable mattress or a child's cot that you bring with you. Near the accommodation, there is a windbreak with a barbecue area by a pond. A wood-fired natural sauna can be rented for an additional SEK 500.

Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!
