Small house by the lake with its own dock

Newly built house/cabin with its own dock for rent by Lake Vällan in Falun. In summer, you can enjoy swimming and sun. There are both rowing boats and SUPs that allow for trips out on Vällan. During the winter, there is the possibility of both long-distance skating and cross-country skiing when the track and trails are prepared if the weather and surface allow. The house is about 50 m2 and has a small kitchen, dining area, sofa with TV, fully equipped bathroom and bedroom. In the back of the house, there is a washing machine, dishwasher and storage.

Room with kitchenette, 25 square meters. Bathroom with shower. One double bed (120 cm wide) and sofa bed for 2 people. The accommodation is maximized for 2 adults, but there is also room for 2 small children. Kitchenette equipped with hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker. TV and Wifi. Towels and bed linen are included. You will also have access to the laundry room located in the main building. We will charge a cleaning fee of SEK 200 for bed linen, etc. However, we expect you to do a fine cleaning before you check out.

Fantastic lake view in large villa in Stjärnsund.

Large villa with spectacular lake views in popular Stjärnsund. Uniquely decorated house with that little extra. Two large verandas in both directions, where you can enjoy morning sun as evening sun and a fantastic sunset. It is less than 50 meters to the jetty with a wood-fired sauna and only 300 meters to the nearest beach. Boat with electric motor and canoes are available. One hour to both Romme Alpin and Kungsberget and if you like ice swimming as much as we do, the ice hole is open all winter.

A small amazing cozy house that is well planned with kitchen, bathroom and loft where the bed is located. Proximity to all Borlänge/Falun/Dalarna has to offer, with slalom in Romme Alpin in the winter, the natural paradise Gyllbergen winter/summer and falu mine etc. NOTE: Bed linens and towels are included, but you will have to make the bed before departure. Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Newly-built house on lake plot near Romme Alpin

Welcome to a newly built house on its own lake plot with magical views! In summer, you can enjoy swimming and sun from your own jetty and borrow a rowing boat, SUP and wood-fired hot tub. In the fall, you pick berries and mushrooms directly outside the house. In winter, it is about 13 minutes to Romme Alpin. When there is ice on the lake, you can ice skate and take lovely walks. There is a sauna and fireplace with access to wood for frozen ski enthusiasts.

Lake cottage with all the amenities by the fishing lake.

A home closer to the water is probably hard to find. Taking the boat or in winter time going out to Holmen outside to grill and watch the sunrise is an extra plus. Please also refer to my guidebook that is in my profile. The internet works well with mobile broadband via Telia and others. Winter info: Romme Alpin and Kungsberget are slalom slopes 65 km away. Ryllshyttebacken is a nice family hill 12 km away. 2-4 kicks are available to borrow.
