You will have off-street parking and a beautiful outdoor patio all to yourself. The apartment has WiFi, a Smart T.V. and lots of lighting but also room darkening shades to sleep in. Welcome to Marlboro! This private space in our home features a private entrance, private bathroom with a nice standing shower, eating area (not a kitchen) with tea kettle and coffee machine, toaster, microwave and refrigerator with freezer. There is a table and chairs, love seat couch that transforms into a small cot, queen bed, walk in closet and 55 inch smart TV with a full motion TV stand. We are permitted to operate in the town of Marlboro and a yearly fire inspection is conducted.

We had an amazing stay! The place was absolutely wonderful-everything was super clean, tidy, and well-stocked with all the supplies we needed. But what truly took our breath away was the area itself. There are honestly no words to describe how beautiful it is-nature at its finest. Everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful, and a special shoutout to Ross, who was especially warm and welcoming. We absolutely loved that and felt so comfortable during our entire stay. We definitely plan to come back again! Just a heads-up for fellow travelers: since it’s in upstate New York, be mindful of ticks, especially if you’re spending time in grassy or wooded areas. Bring some bug spray and take the usual precautions -it’s nature, after all! We absolutely can’t wait to return!

Dan's home is in a peaceful and private place. Great spot to get away from the "noise" but be within a quick short drive of Beacon or Fishkill, for whatever you need or want to do. The bedroom is a good space that's cozy with windows overlooking nature and a clean comfortable bed. Dan is a kind and considerate person who thinks about details like having a few things in the kitchen for his guests like fresh milk, coffee and even a late night snack if needed. It was a great stay and I would do it again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – A Perfect Stay! I had an absolutely fantastic experience!! From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed. The location was ideal — close to great restaurants, local attractions, and in a safe, quiet neighborhood. It made getting around very convenient. Susan was incredibly responsive, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. She provided excellent local recommendations and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, cozy, and relaxing place to getaway. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
