Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Fish Hoek

Wir durften etwas mehr als 7 Wochen in diesem tollen Haus wohnen und es war die beste Entscheidung, die wir treffen konnten. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Haus hat einen tollen Grundriss, die Einrichtung ist perfekt, gute Betten, top ausgestattete Küche, schöne Aussicht, super Lage, alles sehr sauber...wir könnten hier noch viel mehr erwähnen - aus unserer Sicht alles perfekt. Daniel ist ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber, sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und stand uns mit Rat & Tat zur Seite. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt & der Abschied ist uns sehr schwer gefallen. Wir werden definitiv zurückkommen🙏👌🇿🇦💯 Danke Daniel, dass wir in deinem Haus eine so tolle Zeit verbringen konnten.

Wir hatten eine tolle Unterkunft in Südafrika als Ausgangspunkt für unsere Unternehmungen. Simon war ein toller Gastgeber, immer freundlich und gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und mit Blick auf das Wasser, was will man mehr. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf sind gleich um die Ecke. Daher können wir diese Wohnung nur empfehlen. Vielen Dank :)

We stayed over a week in Cape Town and loved the location! I had no idea when booking it that St. James was such a cute little village and we were just up the hill from great restaurants Folk Cafe and Pizza Shed (my local friend said is the best pizza in Cape Town). The tidal pool on the beach is fun to swim in. My son loved exploring the rocks and finding sea urchins and anemones. The views from the apartment were so gorgeous -- sunrises & sunsets like paintings! One day we saw a perfect rainbow spanning the beach on the ocean. Every night we could hear the sound of the surf and ocean waves. The giant picture window, the little sitting nook and the various outdoor sitting areas were so cute and calming I just wanted to stay there all day. The apartment is old and quirky, as expected from any older building, but it didn't detract from our stay. Just be aware you will be getting your daily stair workout to get to the front door. I would love to stay here again on our next visit!!

Sehr sehr schöne Unterkunft mit hochwertiger Ausstattung und tollem Pool! Die Lage ist perfekt, man ist schnell in Kalk Bay und auch bis Boulders Beach und zum Kap ist es nicht weit. Es gibt viele sehr gemütliche Sitzecken und Bereiche sowohl innen wie auch außen! Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sian was a fantastic host, very responsive to our queries during the stay. The house itself was just what we needed for us and our little ones. Our toddler had SO much fun at this house and didn’t want to leave.

Un séjour incroyable, une adresse que l'on aurait envie de garder pour soi. Une pépite ! La villa est proche de la mer à 5 min a pied d'une petit plage sympa, tout proche des restaurants et commerces, à 5 min en voiture vous pouvez aller surfer à Muizemberg ou faire de la plongée sous marine vers Simons Towns à 15min. L'équipe qui s'occupe de la Villa est tellement professionnelle, adorable, et réactive, le service était incroyable. La Villa était au calme, on entendait le bruit des vagues c'était tellement agréable. L'espace bureau est vraiment appreciable, décalé de la maison ce qui permet de travailler au calme. Le seul petit point négatif serait qu'il y a une partie des fenêtres qui n'est pas couverte par des rideaux occultants pour la nuit et que l'isolation a l'intérieur entre les chambres est mince si on est plusieurs familles différentes cela peut être dérangeant.

We absolutely loved every aspect of this cottage. The cottage is extremely stylish and well laid out. The cottage is in a quiet location but within a few steps of all Kalk Bay has to offer (including many wonderful coffee shops, restaurants serving delicious food, interesting shops, a lovely hairdresser and very helpful laundry). The view is beautiful from the front balcony and on the short walk to the main road. We definitely plan to return to Kalk Bay and very much hope to be able to return to this cottage as it would certainly be our first choice of accommodation in Kalk Bay.

Marina Da Gama in itself is a gem - the tranquility, canoeing on the waterways, abundant birdlife etc. Jessica's house exceeded expectations - very well located, very well equipped, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. I enjoyed the easy and direct access to the water using the really good canoes provided and the surprisingly efficient pedal boat. The fynbos garden is immaculate and attracts beautiful birds. Lovely indoor braai in the lounge that opens up the outside via enormous fold back doors making the whole place very light and airy. No complaints, only praise for this wonderful location.

I never go to the same Airbnb as I want to try out a new place each time but goodness me, this place? I will return to it over and over again. The deco, the space, the view, the comfort, the safety, the list is endless! A real home away from home. So serene and peaceful, the perfect place to unwind and take in all the beauty of Cape Town without being right in the middle of the hustle and bustle.

Once again, we had a great time at Cara's beautiful place. It was pleasant and uncomplicated, and lovely treat.

I really enjoyed staying at Michelle’s place. She was a wonderful host. The place is nice and fully equipped in secure and safe location. We couldn’t ask for a better place. Highly recommend it.

What a amazing Airbnb experience with Tacha! She welcomed me and we immediately felt like old friends. She gave me a ton of great tips. The house is just amazing, beautiful decor, comfy bed and bedsheets, the view is amazing some days I could smell the sea water! You can walk everywhere or get a uber it always like 5$ for a 10-15 min drive. You should definitely book it 👍🏽

This beautiful home, this slice of paradise, in the middle of a woodland-based suburban area where safety is something that is next to godliness. Staying at Taryn's little cozy house was an incredible experience for my wife and I. The fireplace, the crockery, the appliances, the massive bathtub, the feeling of home, the color-coordinated book nook, I could go on forever. This will definitely be an area that we will visit again, and this accommodation is by far the best that we've stayed in throughout the world for its elegance, for its class, for its personal touch, and for its modern simplicity. We cannot stress to you enough that our experience at this beautiful gem located in Cape Town in the gardens was something that we will never forget. Cozy blankets, warm fires, delicious food, and great company. The things that make a home.

This absolutely beautifully decorated apartment, adorned with Donna's exquisite artwork is perfectly located in the centre of Kalk Bay. It had everything we needed from washing machine to ironing board; laundry rack; to all the modern kitchen appliances; DSTV full bouquet and much more. A very comfortable king size bed with plenty of cupboard space on either side of a room flooded with light from every direction. Very peaceful and quiet day and night. Having our own parking place was a huge plus as parking places are in short supply. Location excellent for walking to restaurants, shops, beaches, station and the harbour. Ivan and Donna could not have been more friendly and helpful! We highly recommend this fabulous space to You!

Fantastic stay at Mirjam’s place, very close to everything in Kalk bay. Mirjam was extremely helpful and accommodating, told us where to go and what to do. She has a lovely place and given the opportunity we would stay again in a heartbeat!

Tolle Wohnung direkt am schönen Strand von Hout Bay. Wir konnten an mehreren Tagen Delfine vom Wohnzimmer aus beobachten! So schön! Alles war sauber und die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Viele tolle Restaurants und auch gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Gehdistanz. Auch für Familien sehr zu empfehlen!

Allen's home on Clifton beach was perfect for our family of 7. Unbelievable views of the beach with amazing windows to view from most every room. I could have stayed there a year. Amos, the in-house keeper, was amazing at the household duties and we enjoyed seeing him around the property. We will be back and we will recommend this amazing place.

Highly recommend this beautiful spot. An exquisite garden and home filled with character and beautiful, carefully curated spots dotted around the property to enjoy quality time with family and friends. And Andreas is a very friendly, hospitable and responsive host. We will certainly be back to enjoy this special space.

Torsten’s home is one of the nicest places that we’ve ever stayed. The location, views, amenities, and level of comfort was exceptional. The communication and help from Dalene was extremely valuable as well. We live Scarborough and the national park. We hope to be back very soon. Thanks so much!

Table Mountain Villa is so special - the house feels like a treehouse and is beautifully and thoughtfully laid out. The views of the city are sensational, sunrise through moonrise, with the mountains dramatically rising up on the other side. The house flows between spaces and feels both cozy and airy. It was our home base for adventuring all around Cape Town with our kids while also participating in a professional conference. The location was convenient and we felt well prepared with suggestions for food shops and hikes (out the back gate!) We absolutely loved the house and our time here, and the entire team was so welcoming and helpful. I hope we can make another visit. Thank you for sharing this special place.

This is a great house with an amazing view on the city, then you look behind you and see the Table Mountain. Great place to stay over a weekend or a longer place. Love the big couch and Bean Bag Chair.

Stewart was an amazing and helpful host. We enjoyed our stay, the location was amazing as well! We were close to the town and all of the establishments. Will definitely consider Stewart’s place anytime I’m in town. Great host :)
