The apartment was comfortable and suitable for our stay. It is not a luxury apartment, but simple and minimalistic, with everything we needed. The price was very good. I will definitely consider it for our summer vacation with my children, as it is in a quiet neighborhood with several restaurants nearby, a small park next to the apartment, and the best part—it’s only a 5-minute walk from the beach. The host, Theoharis, was very kind and always available. Thank you, Theoharis!

Everything was super cool, nice location, nice balcony. Apartment was clean. The owners left us a bottle of wine, which was very nice:) recommend for sure!

I loved this place so much. I was doing some teaching at the nearby university campus, and this place was so conveniently located (10-15 minute walk). It was also close to bus stops for Larnaca. The apartment itself was beautiful. It was very clean and comfortable. I felt right at home during the week I spent there.

The apartment is nice, as described. Everything was in place, all the amenities as advertised, the kitchen was well-equipped. Quiet neighborhood, not far from the beach. Friendly way to check in, we received all the necessary information before arrival. Very good and quick contact, thank you :)

The location, of the house is a quiet, neighborhood (with local families), very close to supermarkets and places to eat. it also has good transportation to the city centre and nearby beach. The house is very clean, well furnished and well decorated. it has anything you need. the air-conditioning system is really good (something necessary for the weather of Cyprus). The communication with the host was excellent. Responsive at any time and always willing to help.

Excellent stay for our family holiday. We loved the huge kitchen and the big area in the front room. We made the most of the house and garden. Kitchen had everything to cook big family meals and didn’t want to leave :) also the area is nice- walking distance to the beach and a few restaurants. Highly recommended

Our stay in Oroklini was excellent. We relaxed in the courtyard, cooked barbecue, and enjoyed the atmosphere and the views. Thank you to Danny and Olga for their care, for saving us, and for bringing an adapter for the socket 🙌 We recommend this accommodation to everyone! We want to come back again!

We travel quite a lot, but so far it’s been one of the best accommodation we stayed in. It had everything we needed and even more - well equipped kitchen, beach accessories, comfortable bed, AC in both rooms etc. The flat is in the walking distance from the beach and some stores, and if you rent a car, you can easily reach a lot of beautiful places. The host was very responsive, kind and extremely helpful. We’ll be back for sure!

The location is great, right in the center, 2 minutes from the beach and a few minutes from attractions (Old Fort, Lazarus Church). Supermarkets are near and lots of restaurants nearby. The apartment was clean and matched the description. It was quiet at night as the apartment is on the backside of the building, from where you get a view to Church of Lazarus. During our stay in February it was cold outside (1-8degrees) but the AC in all rooms help to warm up the apartment really nice. Kitchen is well equiped with all the things that you need. Demetrius is a friendly host and he welcomed us at check-in. He always was responsive and provided helpful information. For us it was even possible an early check-in. The only downside could be the eating place which is for 2 person's and is with high chairs, still we managed to solve this for a family of 4 by using the chairs and table from the balcony. We enjoyed our stay in this apartment!

Beautiful apartment with a large pool. The place is very calm and peaceful. Not far from the beaches and especially Ayia Napa. If we revisit this area, we'll come back to Salim's place:) Thanks

A great stay. Been to Kiti many times and really enjoyed this stay as always. Great apartment and communication with the hoist was excellent. Check seemed to be earlier than usual at 10.00am and a bit later would of helped. All in all a great stay.
