We love Lucky 7 because it has everything we need. Great location, very comfortable and calm. We come back to the villa because it is such a good match for us.

Dora was a fantastic host and the location can’t be beat! We brought our dogs with us and the home was well set up to host us and our dogs for a long weekend. There’s a great restaurant called Theta that’s super close by and all the amenities of Larnaca are just around the corner. The beach was beautiful and super walkable, just be mindful it’s a rocky beach to the sand so it could be hard for some folks to navigate. The house was well set up for families with a nice baby gate at the stairs and a great water filter dispenser for cold/hot water. We loved our stay and we’ll definitely be back!

Dimitrios was a wonderful host. He was very helpful and communication was fast. He went over and above to make our stay perfect. The apartment has a wonderful corner view and was very comfortable. Waking up to that view ever morning was fantastic. It is on the water front with bars and restaurants at your feet. It can be a little nosy at night as your right on the main strip which we loved but just keep that in mind if your a light sleeper. They offered free parking in a car park close by which was a great to have. We recommend this place and can’t wait to be back.

Our stay at this lovely house in Cyprus was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. One of the highlights was the spacious living area that opened up to a stunning view of the surrounding landscape. The location was ideal, situated close to both the beach and local attractions. We appreciated the recommendations from our host, who was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. They made sure we had everything we needed, which truly enhanced our experience. Andreas was a super host, helpful with questions and information even before we got to larnaca, when we arrived Andreas was there to meet and greet us and gave us a bottle of wine and 3 bottles ofwater a very nice gesture and welcome,if we had any questions Andreas was allways there to help, The apartment was perfect, clean, tidy and comfortable, the balcony was totally amazing,But the view was fantastic unbelievable, The apartment is walking distance to the beach the bus stop and laranca town all within a 5 minutes of the apartment, great restaurants, good food ,friendly people, the beach was lovely and clean ,all in all the perfect hoilday, I will definitely be going again to laranca and definitely staying at Andreas apartment, top man, top apartment, I recommend it to anybody,

Theodoros place is very beautiful with a great homely energy. The place is seconds from the beach and a starry sky at night. If you are looking for peace and serenity this is it, do not hesitate! The cat is very sweet also. Theodoros was responsive when I called/ messaged, easy going and friendly. I loved my stay here so much and would definitely recommend to friends family and come back when I can. You do need a car to get around fyi!

Stavroula was both proactive and responsive. She reached out to offer service and information, and open to help when asked. Our trip was interrupted by the Heathrow shutdown and Stavroula was able to help accommodate our changed schedule. She offered good ideas and ensured our arrival went smoothly.

Very cool location! Everything is present in the apartment to make the stay pleasant. Cozy decor, fantastic location near the fishing port, 10' walking distance from the old town, between 2 beaches in, choice of restaurants nearby and yet quietly located. Very nice view of the sea, the harbor and the sunrise from the balcony. The host is very friendly, all information was very clearly communicated in advance and he responds very quickly to questions. This is truly a prime location to explore Larnaca and its surroundings.

Great place and very responsive host

The place is as described in the photos. There are a lot of villas in the area, but the area is very quiet. I recommend a rental car because otherwise it is difficult to get into the accommodation. Some restaurants are close by 5 min drive. The nearest large supermarket is about 15 minutes away. The property is about 10 minutes from Larnaca airport, but you can hardly hear any airplane noise. The property is 2 minutes from the beach. Highlight of the villa is the large pool and the gas grill for a BBQ. Savass was accessible at all times and responded quickly. I would recommend this villa.

It was perfect! We will definitely be booking this apartment again and again! David was a great host who always responded to any questions we had before and during our stay. Not that we needed him but Mike who we assumed was the custodian for the apartment complex was so friendly and always asking if everything was ok. Thank you David for sharing your beautiful apartment we us! We look forward to staying with you again.

Had such an amazing experience. It’s our 2nd time coming back to the same accommodation. I am now a regular :) Steve and his beautiful family are very welcoming, polite and warm hearted and i would not choose a different place to stay. A Magical Beach Getaway ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at this beach villa in Larnaca was like stepping into a dream. It's right by the beach, and the view of the sea is just wow! The pool is like having a piece of paradise in your backyard. Inside, the house is super comfy and cool. The bedrooms are cozy, and the kitchen has everything you need. It's not just a house; it feels like your own special place. In a nutshell, this place is like a magic spell for a great time. If you want a super cool beach vacation, this is the spot. I had a fantastic stay at this cozy little house! It was clean, comfortable, and just a short walk to the beach. The Wi-Fi was excellent, which was a big plus. I especially loved the outdoor spaces—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air. The host was always friendly and communication was easy. Highly recommend! 🌊🏡✨

Andreas is a great and very friendly host, the flat is directly sited on the sea, we had a wonderful holiday stay!

A very cozy place in front of the Oroklini beach. The house is fully equipped and has all required amenities to host 4 adults. The private deck in front of the sea is simply priceless! There is a bus stop right outside the place but the itineraries are very sparse. If you want to visit other places it is highly recommended to rent a car since taxis are also sparse and expensive. The house also provides a parking place. Next to the place is a wedding venue and all four nights that we stayed they hosted wedding parties. The noise at the beach is bearable but to our surprise the house was completely noise-protected! Rita is a great host, she gave us a full welcoming tour of the house, she was always responsive and willing to help! We are looking forward visiting again!

The place is great value for money, don't expect anything too modern but it's nice to feel like you are a home away from home . We made a last minute booking and we received check in instructions quite quickly. They also made sure we were ok during the stay. It's worth staying if you want a peaceful stay in Larnaca. it's a 3 minute walk to the beach and a quick taxi ride to the main city
