This place was absolutely stunning, the place was truly stylish and I felt right at home! The sofa was lovely, bed comfy and the balcony was cute to sit in the evening. There were extra amenities that made it easy for me and thought of and I didn’t need to go shop to grab the extra “little bits” such as washing up liquid etc. Andrey was a superb host, the gym was good, the pool was amazing! It was also a short walk away from shops and 24min walk to Pilates 🧘🏽‍♀️ I will definitely be staying here again when I am visiting my sister next in Cyprus! Thank you for such a wonderful stay :)

The place is exactly like advertised! Perfect for a couple, with enough space to put luggages and other belongings. It’s very close to the beach, cafe, restaurants and bus stop. There’s a direct bus stop to go to the airport (no.425) Really good value for money.

It's good value for money. The "luxury" part depends on what you expect from a place, it is indeed large and has a jacuzzi, but to us it didn't feel like a luxury flat - it needs some updates & renovations, as it shows it's age. Otherwise you're just like in a private villa, it occupies the entire upper floor. 3 mins from the sea by foot, not a very busy area and parking included. A bigger tv would be needed as couch is really far from it :) We recommend it nonetheless.

Georgia is very helpful with everything! First of all she upgraded us to a bigger place due to some constructions to the original one. The day we arrived we were able to check in earlier than the expected time. Also she texted us every day and asked us if we needed anything and the last day after the check out she helped us to let our luggage some extra hours in the reception. The location is great next to the beach and to the center. The place is great and fully equipped. We had a great accomodation and enjoyed our vacations!

Home away from home in a super cozy apartment . It is very evident that our host prepared the apartment in a way he likes to stay in his travels . It takes a generous host to receive as such with his main concern to the comfort of the tenants and leaving an eternal effect on . Highly recommended

We had a great time in this apartment - we had visited and stayed in another apartment in the block on many occasions before and when this was sold we were delighted to find another in the same complex but nervous that it would be lacking. It wasn't it was perfect and we had a fabulous holiday. Cecilia was attentive, responsive (and patient with all my requests!) We would definitely recommend - 2 of us stayed, adult and teenager - so we used both the main bedroom and sofa bed - managed to get a great nights sleep in both despite the high 30 degree temperatures. We will definitely be going back! Thank you

We enjoyed our stay. The communication between the host was excellent, It’s very close to a lovely beach . The apartment is good size with a big balcony. Maybe good idea to have some simple amenities in the bathroom like shampoo and body wash. But hair dry was really useful there.

Stelios was very helpful through the booking and check in process and very responsive with any questions. Close to the centre but far enough away to be quiet. Very easy walk into town

We were very satisfied with the host and the host we were guests in Cyprus. The location was very advantageous in terms of its calmness and ease of transportation. The house was clean, well maintained and equipped with basic items we needed. We had a comfortable and peaceful stay for both vacation and daily life. We recommend it with peace of mind. From finding the accommodation, arrival and checkout the process was extremely easy. Helen and George (local management company) communication was second to none. The owner's communication was spot on, and all questions answered in a timely fashion. The apartment was very spacious and spotlessly clean, with a very large balcony which has the sun on all day. The description of the accommodation was spot on, and the amenities well thought through. Would definitely book again

Great communication and great place to stay

The house was as it appeared in the photos. It was clean, tidy, and everything that might be needed was thought of. You will feel like at home. The location within the site is very good. You can leave the house and access the pool in a few steps. In terms of location, we can say that it has the best location to stay in İskele. Within walking distance to the market, bakery, sea, amusement park, many restaurants and the Pier walking path. We were very pleased with the host's attention and everything in general. This house will be our first choice for all our holidays in İskele 😊

Dear Tatiana and Anton, thank you so much for your amazing hosting. The house is beautiful . It has a great view. Everything we might need is thought out down to the last detail. We felt at home and never wanted to return. Anton was very nice and helpful. She told us everything about the house and was helpful. Lots of love and greetings❣️ The site is also very safe for children and those who come alone. In order to benefit from the pool and spa, it is necessary to register and buy a bracelet. They are very tight with this. The registration process can take a little long due to the intensity. So don't leave it at the last minute and send your information in advance. I was very comfortable in this house where I stayed with my family for a week. The location is really nice. Since it is already in the hotel, you can use all the facilities. This was a great comfort. The hotel is a place that deserves the price I rented. The hotel is very nice. We swam and had fun in the 4000 square meter pool. The restaurants are also affordable, not very expensive. We ate there. It is close in terms of transportation. It is easy to get everywhere by car. The only problem is the mosquitoes, but that is not the host's fault. If I go again I am very pleased that I can definitely choose it. Of course, the house had some shortcomings, but it was not an intolerable shortcoming. The house is very comfortable, all the details were considered. Microwave oven, iron, washing machine, materials were also provided. I was very pleased. The linens need to be reworked and washed. I don't think so. Everything else was perfect. The host also helped with the check-in by detailing it very well. We had a nice holiday. Thank you very much.

Very nice and clean place. Everything needed (in terms of appliances) is available in the house. Hilal is a great host and was very responsive. Note: It would be better to have a car for those who are planning to stay in this area. Also make sure to bring a proper wall socket adapter when you come to Cyprus.

We hired this villa for the accessible room which is in the outer house. Spacious and allowed enough room for hoisting. The beds are super comfy - all though it states double - they are small doubles. Situated in a residential area - quiet. 15 mins walk to the local supermarket. A clean supermarket that has everything. Opposite is a nice coffee shop. The pool was not heated but that didn't bother us as we had lots of hot sun. We will be returning and much better/comfortable than staying in a hotel.

The price was very fair for what was offered — with a bit of investment into the apartment, it could easily justify a much higher price, even double. Overall, a great value for money. Thanks again!

Recommend to all who will be staying. Kitchen equipment, iron, hair dryer, clothes dryer, every need was considered. The surrounding grocery stores were very adequate and affordable. There was even an indoor pool and a fitness room. It was a hotel-quality stay experience. We are very satisfied. We will be back as soon as possible.

We had an absolutely wonderful 16-day stay at this fantastic accommodation in Cyprus with our two children. The place was perfect for a family – spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. The kitchen was excellently equipped, which made cooking easy and enjoyable for us during our stay. The host was incredibly friendly and always responded very quickly to any questions we had – truly outstanding hospitality. We had a completely relaxing and carefree time here, and we can recommend this place without hesitation.

Costa's accommodation was very suitable for small children families. The house was spacious, fresh, the beds were very comfortable to sleep in. Everything we needed was in the house. The pool was close. We are very satisfied and the accommodation was affordable. We come here more times.

This was one of the best homes I’ve ever stayed in! I absolutely loved it — the house is incredibly spacious, full of natural light, cozy and just overall amazing. The cleanliness was truly exceptional, everything was spotless. There were so many amenities, thoughtfully provided for every need. The outdoor area was stunning, with a huge garden and breathtaking views. At the same time, it felt very private and peaceful — no disturbances at all. It was an unforgettable experience and I couldn’t recommend it more!
