We spent a long weekend at Jennie’s house and would highly recommend. It rained the entire weekend so we weren’t able to make use of the top north facing deck or the lower pool deck but we lit the fire, settled in and had such a relaxing time. There is a really good coffee machine which meant we didn’t even have to venture out for coffee! We loved it on a wet winter weekend so I can only imagine how great it would be on a warm sunny weekend.

Tahlia's place have everything you need for a great stay and is beautifully styled. It's in a nice quiet location within easy distance of the beach and amenities. Tahlia was really attentive in making sure we had everything we needed and our stay went well which was lovely.

Sam's place was really great! Easy to drive to the hot springs and offered a really comfy and cosy stay after a day of hiking! Place was really clean with lots of amenities.

I really like the property as it has lot of things to do inside only. Close to nature and having all amenities is the best combo for holiday staycation and this one is the perfect one.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. With three families, we needed plenty of space, and this home was perfect—large, comfortable, and well-equipped for a group. There were plenty of bedrooms to accommodate everyone, making it an ideal setup. The pool was a highlight—warm and inviting, especially in the afternoons, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. One of our favourite features was the gazebo overlooking the pool area. It provided a great spot for the some of the parents to relax while still keeping an eye on the kids as they swam and played. The location couldn’t be better! It’s an easy walk to both the beach and local shops, and even our younger kids managed the walk with no trouble. Having everything so close by made our stay even more enjoyable and convenient. Overall, this home was a wonderful place for a family getaway, and we’d love to come back again!

We had a fantastic stay at Darren’s place! The house was spotless, tidy, and well-maintained, with everything we needed, including fresh towels, toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel, and coffee. It felt like a real home away from home. The enclosed garden was perfect for our children to play safely and ideal for our dog, giving us peace of mind. The location was great—just a 10-minute walk to the beach, cafes, and shops, making it super convenient. There was ample parking, which made coming and going stress-free. We loved using the gas BBQ for outdoor meals, and the pool table was a brilliant added bonus that we enjoyed in the evenings. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The house is spacious and well-equipped, making it perfect for families. Everything was thoughtfully provided, and we felt really welcome. We would highly recommend Darren’s place and would love to return in the future!

The place was great for a weekend trip for my family. It was also clean, cozy and well equipped. The spacious and fully secured backyard was perfect our dog as well.

Jim and Louisa’s pod is a perfect private Haven, walking disrance to the beach, beautiful garden for a little dog to run out at the front, and the pod had all the amenities needed for a relaxing getaway. The hot spa at night looking at the stars is a must. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful home, very suitable for large groups. I travelled here from Newcastle with 9 other girlfriends for a weekend away. We spent a day at the Mornington Peninsula Hot Springs and being able to stay all together with a wine around the fire and a yummy dinner that we could all cook on the bbq and large kitchen. The house was immaculate and very comfortable.

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Balnarring. The house is stunning - surrounded by beautiful gardens and scenery and the interior design is amazing! We had a few infants and a toddler and the house was well equipped for our needs. We especially loved the animals and the home-grown preserved food!

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very accommodating, offered us a last-minute booking with a discount and even allowed a late checkout, which we really appreciated. The house was spacious, clean, and perfect for us with more than enough room for everyone. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot spa, and had so much fun with the billiards and ping pong. It was also lovely to arrive to a complimentary bottle of wine, such a thoughtful touch! The property is also pet-friendly, which made it even more perfect for us. Highly recommended. We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely come back again. Thank you!

Stayed at this lovely house with 5 girlfriends. A cozy feel despite being so big. Loads of space, indoor and out and we never felt in top of each other. Great home, over 2 floors, lovely views. The Spa was amazing after completing the 30km coastal trek. We would have liked to stay another night, play a bit of tennis and use the pool. Peggy and Chris were great and prompt when responding to our messages, thank you both 😊 We would certainly stay here again!

A beautiful house — every room looks great. It’s very close to the beach, yet quiet at night. The location is convenient, and the TV comes with a Netflix subscription. Everything was absolutely fantastic!

We had a lovely stay at Swan Bays View Apartment - Glenys and Geoff were perfect hosts - they think about everything including a real coffee machine, soy milk, generous provisions so you really didn't have to think about a thing. A wonderfully cozy self contained roomy apartment was provided. Glenys also provided lots of tips, advice and information on local history, geography and the best places to eat in the area. The hot tub was an added bonus, perfect in the colder weather and they made sure it was heated prior to our arrival - fantastic! Thanks again for the wonderful stay, we will be back again soon! Kate’s cottage was absolutely and exactly what my girlfriends and I were looking for, for a little weekend getaway. It was even better than we expected, with its cosy charm, warm and inviting feel and had everything we needed and more. From the first message Jenny was easy to communicate with. Her property was stunning and so spacious and well stocked. If you like cooking you will find everything you need here by way of utensils and appliances. The property was spotless and all instructions were very clear. This is amazing house,you can do everything in and out of this house nice and clean,looking beautiful. we cooked some Japanese dinner at the house there are everything what we needed. there are some nice cafes around there and beautiful beach as well. We had a great time even though it was raining outside when we stayed overnight Supposed to be raining next day as well but the sun came out at the morning and we enjoyed Sorrento after stayed this house.

We had a great stay! Leonie was fantastic to deal with and check in / out was a breeze. The house had plenty of activities and games to keep the little ones occupied. Kitchen and living were well stocked with the basics and kids cutlery & plates made everything so easy. Location wise was great. It’s in a nice quiet pocket, but only a 1 min drive to the beach. Would definitely recommend and it was a great holiday experience for our young family.

The house was peaceful, comfortable and in a great location - walking distance to the beach. It felt like a real and cosy home - he kitchen was amazing with lots of utensils and dishes, making it easy to cook meals. Shar was a lovely host. Highly recommend!
